Calories were a bit high yesterday, but still under 2000. I remain sugar and nut free.

Good morning. Stuck to my plan except ate way too much food. Did not make it outside for a walk, but I definitely will today. No sugar, no snacking.

Grateful for a good day! I’m feeling better, it was a good eating day, productive work day and I even got Mom out for a short walk…..no complaints here….

C134D2 - 1286 calories (that was Monday). Great day today. Big grocery shopping, hairdresser, dominoes. It felt so good to be back in the world.
Jan - You're doing great!
Meg - Hard to know that you can stick to your plan while eating too much food. Is the too much food on the plan? No biggie, just curious.
Lori - Loved your positive post. Seems you too have turned the corner.
