Playing catch up from yesterday.
Ann Sending you a hug and prayers if you check in.
Bee Hope that your visit with Mike and his family has many special moments.
Cathy Glad that you were able to visit with both of your friends. Nice that you and Rosalie could extend the outing with a shopping excursion and walk. What do you and Mounah have planned for today?
LaDonna Goodness, this weekend may be a whirlwind for you! wish8 g you an extra wave of energy. There is always so much to do when moving into a newly constructed house. And moving out is equally as busy. The good thing is if the basics are done now, the other things can fall in place later. It is nice that Randy and his family are nearby. Renee is lucky to be surrounded with do much love & attention.
Mj Yay! Having a smoother arrival at ShopRite was fortunate. Always appreciate when navigating a construction site is better than expected. Love that you found good buys at the marked down section. Hope that MB can find his way to salvage the situation a little.
Susi Sending extra prayers for you during this stage of your recuperation. Hope you got some more arnica gel. What do you have planned for your return to work? Will you have further reduced hours? Thx for sharing the news regarding Daria, Marge, and Amby.

Saturdayβs intentions Enjoy that first cup of tea. Figure out what I want to accomplish today.
Doctor appt. quick recap.: nothing conclusive could be determined dr. wants me to monitor my bp and hydration through the day dr. is requesting MRI/MRA for a more definitive look dr. wants me to take a baby aspirin as a precaution
To get the ball rolling, I accepted an appt. with a neurologist who specializes in MS. She lived up to her glowing reviews. Was sorry that she will not be my dr. going forward since I do not have MS.

Good morning, all!
Prayers still going up for those in the path of storms... many, MANY prayers... there are many, MANY storms... and fires, too, that never seem to go away...
Prayers for all our loved ones who are in particular need... especially Susi and Ann...

Yesterday started out so gray and the sun only managed to come out sporadically. This morning it is beautifully sunny and the temps, although much cooler than the last two days, are still seasonably springlike! K'ling2 made an unexpected fly-by yesterday after school for no particular reason so we got our hugs and took him home after he'd had a chance to snuggle Pippin (the Pipster takes his job VERY seriously and even in a short period of time he gave K'ling2 a good dose of puppy-love). I've "turned the final corner" on the afghan and am thinking of how I will do the border on it. It should be done before π·π° Easter π°π·.
I think I'll make a short list of "little things" I'd like to get done and make a game out of seeing how many I can cross off this weekend. If I can't enlist some πleprechaunsπ to take care of them, maybe there are some stray π§ββοΈπ§ββοΈSpring fairiesπ§ββοΈπ§ββοΈ that can assist (just being fanciful here).
Last night's dinner was stuffed shells, ricotta-stuffed meatballs, and salad. Tonight? Not sure. I have a tiny corned beef to make up for tomorrow (for me; Toots is not a fan) but I need to forage a bit for tonight and for Toots' Sunday dinner. Maybe I'll make up the corned beef today and we'll do a take-away tomorrow.
Coffee... βββ... morning prayer...
πππππππππππππππππ Be well! Have a healthy-eating day, all! πππππππππππππππππ
Russπ€ΉStuff: We emailed the staff nurse and the LCSW yesterday to find out the results of the chest x-ray that was ordered last week. No pneumonia, and Russell's course of antibiotics finished up yesterday (Friday). He's still wheezing. We also asked whether the cardiologist had cleared him for additional (extensive) dental work but the staff nurse seems to have <ahem> missed/ignored that question π§. We'll follow up on Monday. Since it's pay-as-you-go and $$$$ for dental work, we'd like to know if he will be able to continue at all.
MπΊB & T: There is a LOT of drama. This includes MB going through the PRODUCT and making all kinds of changes in how it is being presented, which necessitates updating any email throughout the 13 of them that are affected. And he won't be making a closing video "yet" since he has NO IDEA what he wants to offer next. <mmmhmmm>. The product's Week 1 email has finally been updated to reflect the 3/11 revisions. I don't know about any of the other ones. Tessa is still working on emails that need to go out as part of the marketing, starting TODAY. T is saying that we can look at all the product emails after it releases (today/tomorrow) to be sure that they're still good ππ€£ππ§. IN-ter-est-ing. But stupid (remember Artie Johnson and Laugh-In?).

Was sorry that she will not be my dr. going forward since I do not have MS. It's so challenging when a doctor who "syncs" with you can't be your doctor (not that I would wish her specialty on anyone)! Was your bruising confined to your arm? I also have deep bruising on the underside of my left breast. I didn't have any particular bruising anywhere but at the immediate site. Are you on any kind of blood thinner (including aspirin)? Toots' dermaDoc says that aspirin - even the baby-aspirin-once-a-day - should ideally be discontinued for 7 days pre-op.

LOL - I remember Laugh in. All my bruising was below the incisions. No blood thinners of any kind.
