Way to get back on track after vacation In studio meeting, tracking, waters. No decluttering or gym. Paying more attention to those mindless bites Ran some errands & read. We're going to see the girls Thursday for a long weekend, so I did the thread for 2 weeks. Happy St. Patrick's Day

Good Morning!!
It was a beautiful weekend, Unfortunately colder weather for this week. I was really enjoying the warmer temps.
I added 7.97 miles Friday-Sun. 3 miles were WATP and the others were outside walks each day.
The Browder's were good as always.
The 55+ 80s event was fun.
Yesterday, went to Church, picked up groceries, took my walk, and then rested most of the rest of the day. Did make some vegetable soup and made a small tuna noodle casserole with some left over wheat egg noodles.
Weekends fly by so quickly.
Nancy: Thanks for continuing to keep us going all this time. Enjoy your time with your family.
Andrew: Congrats being the BL for week 2.
Claudette: Awesome loss. Congrats on being the BL for week 3.
Brenda: Hope all is well.

Thank you so much Puffin, Sunrose, Kelly and everybody in the group! I am really getting so much from the WW points tracking, and also from this challenge group. I think there is nothing "magical" about the points tracking, but it is something new and fresh for me, and also matches my personality really well. Andrew

Hello, Andrew, I have 428days of tracking!! I had 395 and lost them & started over. That's something that I like to do not that I track perfectly but I try to be honest. All the meetings I attend the most advise I get is tracking & meetings. Virtual meeting, TM40min, tracking, waters 49oz. Happy Tuesday

Good afternoon!!
I added 4.10 miles Mon and Tuesday. Mostly WATP but did get 1.10 at lunch on Monday.
I did enjoy some sushi rolls and Chinese buffet for lunch today. I did not stuff myself but definitely high point. Supper will be light and I actually realized I never at my breakfast besides my coffee. I was busy doing some laundry and getting the trash out before I had to take Sadie to the Vet for her yearly check-up.
The wind is crazy today so will probably just do a WATP later.
Nancy: Awesome job with tracking. I use to do so well with it but now that I am on maintenance and well below my WW goal I am not as faithful. I am aware though of what each meal and snack is point wise.
Andrew: I'm glad the WW program is working well for you.
Brenda: Glad Skye is doing well with her training.
