I came to the seaside to see a friend yesterday (through this weekend). I ate a bit much in the morning finishing things up to empty my fridge before leaving. Then I snacked a bit in the afternoon. I was thinking, "Well, I'll just eat a really small dinner." Usually this is not a good idea for me, I always end up eating a big dinner anyway. But I managed to do it, just a small salad with some chickpeas for dinner. I was still in the red for points for the day (38 pts), but was happy that I managed to "save" the day with a small dinner. Kelly, great news for the good blood work for your loved one. Puffin, well, food shopping and exercise are always more important that decluttering (my excuses anyway) Andrew

Hello, Kelly, glad to hear dh got good news. Enjoy your long weekend. Andrew, kudos on sticking to your plan for dinner. Virtual mtg, TM35min, tracking, waters, 15min decluttering, read. Made chicken noodle soup for dinner. We had a rain filled day. Today meeting with my GF to see her new rental & lunch. Happy Friday

I rode my bike while attending a virtual workshop yesterday. Iām really liking that.
