Good morning all! Bathing suit season is right around the corner! Who is IN with me!?! A few updates, mom is doing MUCH better, whew. And the prednisone really helped my ankle!! I'm just wearing a brace now. π€ it still feels like it is popping and sliding at times, especially when I get up too fast. π I am IN! Have a great day friends. βοΈβοΈβοΈ

DebDoesWW, glad you're both on the mend I was having a nostalgia moment about Easter. I remember these candy eggs, I think Brachs made them, they were pastel colored and the coating was candy -it would melt a little and the fake easter basket grass would stick to them lol. They were about the size of the reeses eggs now. I was trying to find them online, but they were probably discontinued decades ago.

((( reneinitaly ))) DebDoesWW , such happy news for you and your mom! So glad you're both doing well. <3 Hi all. Someone just applied for credit, in my name, at one of the big banks. Really scary stuff after fraudulent charges were made to my credit card late last year. Thankfully, my Norton/Lifelock alerted me and I was able to contact the bank in question so they could deny that application. Phew! DotRen , I remember those and the speckled malted milk eggs. Fun and delicious!
neen Congrats on day one! I'm in. Enjoy the day!

Bathing suit weather??? I dug out the winter coat again! It was 32 degrees this morning and there is rumor of a light snow shower! Same here. I had to clean off my car to go shopping. Then I get to the store & the parking lot is icy. Apparently once it's officially spring, they don't feel the need to salt.

susiq25679 nice to see you, hope you are doing well π Thanks Deb. The shoulder replacement went well and I am getting back to somewhat normal life now. Hi, Glad you are getting back to normal - 3 years ago I broke my shoulder and was in rehab for 1 month as had to learn to walk all over again as shoulders control the body - which I am sure you know. I have 80% movement in arm - Doc says I am lucky as most people do not get above 60%. Prayers that shoulder heals well for you.
