Welcome to the Clutter Patrol, formerly CLUTTERBUSTERS thread. We are a daily thread, Monday thru Friday, and we have a combined weekend edition Saturday and Sunday. We welcome new members and are a friendly, helpful and supportive group.
Our purpose is for support and sharing of tips and strategies in dealing with weight and clutter issues in our lives. Many feel that the two are often tied together. So, we will lend a caring ear, and hopefully give and learn tips to help all of us.
We want to remove at least 5 items or spend at least 15 minutes clutter busting today!
Remember, it didn't pile up in one day so it isn't going away in a day either. One organizer says: you don't have to stop everything to get organized, you just have to start somewhere.

Good morning,
Another snowy day - UGH!
Doing a load of laundry this morning. Getting trash together to put in the bin.
We got 12 vehicles in yesterday, kept busy with inputting. Tammy goes on vacation starting tomorrow through next week. I’ll be putting in a few extra hours, nothing too much.
Ruth - hope you are feeling better today.
I need another cup of coffee … see ya tomorrow.

(((Hugs))) G'mornin sunshine 🌞 Didn't sleep well last night so am dragging this morning. I attempted to go back to bed but brain wouldn't shut down enough. Had bfast for dinner last night and having soup & sandwich for dinner tonight. I'll check freezer to see if there is something already made. The rain is returning for at least the next week. Tomorrow, getting our annual heater check done. Better to have it done now rather than in heat of summer. Joy, glad you're still getting new stuff in. Dottie, hope you & Bill are doing well. Hope he is current on taking his meds. It's hard to time rx with what you are doing. Maybe check into using depend styled undergarment for when out & about. My parents used them a lot. Ruth, glad to hear about improvement with Mara & meds. As I have had medical issues come up, I've gone to that dx website to learn more. Along with getting books at library. There are groups for so many different things - caregivers, Parkinson's, etc. If you have a medical school near you, check with them to see how they can help. Living here in Portland OR, Oregon health sciences university. In PA, got care at the dental school. In CA, lived close to Loma Linda University & got medical care there. Time (actually, past time) to being productive. Have a great day! 🌞🎊🇺🇸🏖🏞🌷🌻🏒🦋🪺🌺

Good late morning ladies. Stan went to Peddling class so I’m trying to get a bunch of stuff picked up and put away. Working on some of DS’s laundry we brought home when we dropped off the other yesterday. May drop this off early day tomorrow since the snow is to start late tomorrow night. No more rush hour drop offs for me. I can’t handle rush hour traffic on a good day and with DH driving some days I want to hide!! He just takes chances that I think he shouldn’t. Oh well.
Joy thank you. Yes, I felt better yesterday and today. I think maybe she worked on a nerve on my left shoulder blade and that set it off. We’ll have to talk about it next time.
So happy you are still getting vehicles in. Keeps you busy and that’s nice. Clutter ought to be my middle name! The area around my chair and my end table are bad; and both for Stan are too. And now I keep bringing things upstairs to take sort, take pictures, and list and then they don’t get hauled back downstairs like they need to. I need to designate one area down there for stuff that is going.
Still no sales. So frustrating. Some things are going to be free soon. I need bins/boxes for things that are going to Bridging (household); Red Lake Reservation (mix of clothes/toys/etc); charity pickup (odds & ends); local donation/free. So many options. Will go through later today and lower some prices or something.
Wild won last night 4-0; 9:00 pm again tonight. I’ll be in my seat watching.
MARTHA, we were posting at the same time. I hate those days when you are just dragging from lack of good solid sleep and rest. We have Mayo Clinic here in MN, down in Rochester (1.5 hrs away) is the closest to us. Stan has talked about going there at some point; not so much for a 2nd opinion but to see if they have any clinical trials or any ideas for tweaking what we are doing for him. Looking at his diet is now on the agenda. Getting rid of carbonated beverages and caffeine. Caffeine had never bothered him before (kept him awake); but now it does seem to keep him awake. All the info we had said to get off it but he has to take his time following directions. Sigh!
Ok, time to get off here and back to my decluttering. Will check in later! Waving to Dottie.

Joyce, I hope the snow doesn’t stick or melts soon.
Martha, I hope you were able to get a little energy.
Ruth, Bill doesn’t want to do much driving lately and I don’t mind driving. In fact I’m kind of glad that he doesn’t want to drive sometimes because I feel he takes too many chances. Also I still have to remind him to put his seatbelt on, I don’t know what he thinks that beeping is for. I hope you get some sales soon.
I think I slept wrong last night because I have a sore spot on my left shoulder. I iced it earlier and that helped. Bill says that caffeine doesn’t keep him awake but I feel that when he has caffeine after dinner he has a restless night. He drinks half caf, 50% caffeine and 50% decaf coffee. He has been doing that for years. We are supposed to get rain, forecast is for 3 to 4 inches on Friday. Also on Friday the ladies in our association are planning to go to lunch. Several of the women have mobility problems so hope the rain isn’t too bad when we get to the restaurant. I’m a driver and can drop people off but still if it is raining hard they might get wet. Tomorrow is our bocce picnic, always a fun afternoon. Last night was the spring concert for DGS#1, we were able to watch it on line. DGS plays the drums. One of the other drummers had a sling on his left arm but in the first song he played the big drums and was able to that with one hand. In the other songs he played the shaker (don't know the actual name) and played that with one arm. I thought it was great that he was able to be included in the concert.
