Thursdayβs intentions Finish latest batch of books & maybe make a library run. Read this: The Wedding Veil by Kristy Woodson Harvey. Interesting part was the tie info with Biltmore in Asheville, NC. Have visited there in the summer. Beautiful site inside & out. After the Tetons, Blue Ridge Mts. are my fav mountains. Pay bills. Probably paint on at least one coat of grout sealer.
B: vegetable egg scramble, toast L: Spinach salad, cup of soup D: Leftover whole wheat spaghetti w/ meat sauce, green beans

Today I can and will track every BLT, walk 30 minutes while reading, make healthy OP choices, stay within points/calories for the day
The internet has been iffy at best. I try to check in and there is no internet or it disappears as I try to post. I am going to keep this short today and hope that things will improve but with the phone-dsl company on strike...doubt things will improve. We have to go to the pharmacy at some point and to the bank to do some sort of paperwork but otherwise think that the rest of the week is open. Our daughter will be at a conference in Chicago and our son and his family heading to the far east so doubt we will talk to them this weekend.
The St. Patrick's Day Potluck was delicious (and fattening) and yesterday's outing with local friends fun but another high-point/calorie day. I am ready for healthy fare today!
More and personals when I have better service.

Cathy Thx for checking in. Solid strategy for your reset day. Glad that your potluck was loads of fun. Hope that you accomplish all your tasks and that eventually the internet service is restored to a better level of function.

June - Hope the sealing goes well. Book sounds interesting Cathy - Sorry for the spotty internet. Glad you had a fun 2 days Waving to everyone else
Quiet night. Quick walk with Lily as it was very windy and spitting some rain drops. We did better this morning. I'm missing my spin classes but at least I am getting my walking in and being very careful with my food quantities. Will take lunch to Marge and Amby tomorrow. She agreed to stay a few more days so they can get a more detailed assessment of what she will need at home.
S - Usual coffee B - Fried egg on avocado toast with salsa L - Ham/salami/provolone on 647 wheat, artichoke hearts D - LO London broil, snow peas

Susi Glad you and Lily could walk together this morning. Good thing that you are knowledgeable about and committed to staying on track during post op. Itβs not the easy thing to do. And some internal swelling can mess up the scale numbers. But making the effort will put you at a better place when you are fully recovered. Hopefully Margeβs situation will solidify and she can go home as she desires.
lol. . .for some reason I thought the dry time for they grout sealer was shorter. Will have to work in smaller sections. Still hoping to slap down at least 1 coat. Am painting on the sealer rather than spraying it. π§π»βπ¨

Yesterday Toots & I went to ShopRite with some favorable (but $$$) results. While we were there, the Kressling called to ask about sharpening stone(s) for Son#1's axe. Turns out that he was at the house (used Son#1's key) so Pippin lied when he acted like he'd been left home alone too long. The Kressling came back later to get the stones. Son#1 and the Zigster are going on a Boy Scout camping trip Sat/Sun and the Bearded Wonder has been assigned the billet of Fireman - keeping them going, not putting them out. He is π₯ DELIGHTED π₯ and is taking a good supply of firewood with him. The Kressling will be back here on Friday night for YM drill on Saturday.
I got distracted after grocery shopping <sigh> so the πleprechaunsπ and π§ββοΈπ§ββοΈSpring fairiesπ§ββοΈπ§ββοΈ got the day off after all. I'll get them to do SOMETHING today. MissMouse sent a picture of the Mouseketeer's new computer; I can only imagine that it lights up with psychedelic colors (I think Son#1 has something similar on one of his).
Today I've paid the rest of the month's bills and set up the April budget. I'll start a load of laundry in a bit. I'll be working on YM stuff for Saturday's drill so I can take tomorrow off <jinx><jinx>. I think there may be some semi-decent TV tonight.
Dinner last night ended up being Kobe beef London broil so tonight will be those C-G baby back rib leftovers (sides TBD).
Coffee... βββ... I'm cold...
πππππππππππππππππ Be well! Have a healthy-eating day, all! πππππππππππππππππ
MπΊB & T: <bleckh>. Just <bleckh>. Serious drama, with T and V and Tessa saying, "No, STOP" to adding yet-another thing into the still-not-completed marketing emails and MB saying, "But my coach says..." and "I did [this] at New Year's and it worked so well..." I finally told MB off. [1. We are in a different marketing plan than was in place on N*Y*E. 2. I thought the plan was to "stick to the JW program" and evaluate how it worked without last-minute throw-ins (which, BTW, are not done or reviewed or polished and are starting to appear a bit like a "desperate" move to attract sales).] There are more problems in not only the product and the marketing but also with the Program Guides (AKA helperFolk) and their "moderator", who wants to bring everything back to how she remembers it was in 2018. <meh>. I let loose in there, too.

Im in - not really feeling my best - physical exam went well but FU visit with orthopedic PA was a waste of time. He did not know what to tell me about my hands and referred me to another dr in the practice that I will see in a couple weeks. Not sure if I need to follow up with them or another practice. It is just one thing after another ....
Will strive to be OP plan today and will cbl - busy at work with some issues that arose yesterday while I was out...
