I'm sick of my xfinity bill constantly changing and never being able to talk to them because of their extensive "talk to our automated" call system that never can help. On the web site, when you try to change your options, you get a ... that just keeps cycling and never loads. ugh. We've had metro-pcs phones for a while (t-mobiles sister company) and they're pretty good.

We don't DotRen, but, I think they can cancel your xfinity account, on your behalf, if you sign up with them. Good luck!
