This thread is for anyone that has been away from healthy eating, had a gain and is recommitting. We accept all forms of healthy eating here, whatever that means to you. We touch base daily for accountability and to encourage one another. This is a judgment free zone.
We all struggle to get the weight off and keep it off. Sometimes this is a challenge, but we never give up and that is the key. Regardless of our situation or where we are in reaching our goal, we count on talking to each other every day and are blessed to have one another as friends.

Hi Everyone!
Yesterday I went through this deep pothole on my way home from work after dropping my friend off. There doesn't seem any way to go without coming across them. This morning I checked it and it seemed flat to me or maybe not totally flat but I didn't think I should drive it so took the buses. When I got home I called my insurance company as they cover towing. When the guy came and looked at it he didn't think it was flat. He said he thought that the guys at the place where I was going to have it towed at would say the same. I guess that I will just have to have faith in his judgement and experience.
However if I start driving it and I feel that it isn't driving right I will turn around and come home and then take it to the place I have been taking it recently or to the same place (a chain) a bit further on my way to work.
At the moment I don't have any definite plans for the weekend. I guess it depends on how the tire is tommorow or over the weekend. I might do something with my friend but not a definite thing. She has been trying to get her brother transferred to this different hospital but there is a lot of bureaucratic stuff going on about him being switched to the other hospital from the one who originally admitted him. 😕 I hope she does get him transferred. On top of that she had a bad experience when her mother was there so she really wants him to not be there.
