C134D7, Clean Fast since 10 PM last night. It's 10 AM now but still haven't eaten. I finished the book and have now picked up a sample (to start) of How to Eat More Plants by Megan Rossi. Pool today, then Costco, Dr's office to pick up cat scan, then visit a friend at rehab. Nothing tomorrow. Looking forward to a PJ day then the Singles Dine In on Sunday. Moving right along.....

Meg - Thanks. Slowly but surely.... The big change is that I don't feel so tired. I've been staying awake all day, so that's a good sign IMO. Sorry to hear the struggles continue. I know what that's like. Hoping you can turn the corner in that regard.

Back from AC. We had a Great time. Enjoyed staying at the two different casinos. We had beautiful, sunny, clear skies - perfect walking weather! Felt great to just reconnect and have some quality time with DH……Eating went well, brought home lots of leftovers….Tomorrow I’m meeting my SIL to look at gowns for DS’s wedding. I just want to get an idea of what’s out there and what size I might be in case I see something online I want to order……the rest of the weekend I’ll spend with Mom….I’m sure she’ll sleep most of day tomorrow……I did invite her to go but she declined….
Meg, keep pressing on…..May tomorrow be a little better than yesterday…
Jan, hope your sore throat didn’t get worse….
Nancy, so glad to hear you’re not as tired! That’s a very good sign….please share what you find interesting and useful from the books your reading….I don’t have much reading time lately….
