C134D10 - Last food 10:45 last night. It's 5:45 AM now so 5 hours til first meal. I downloaded a lot of whole food info last night and was thinking about a single whole food day today or maybe every other day until I get rid of the remaining food in the house. We have to take Janet's car to the repair place this morning, then pool and that's it for the day.

Finally, a strong eating day where I’m not constantly hungry.
Nancy, I forgot all about mushu. Good idea to make that. I’m happy the scale is dropping for you. My book will be here any minute. Looking forward to browsing through the recipes and maybe making something tomorrow.
Lori, wonderful that you found a dress! The wedding is in October?

Jan - I also forgot about the mushu but now it's on my list. Today was whole foods start to finish. I'll keep trying it on alternate days.

All going well. Enjoying stretching out my leftovers…Tonight I had the leftover stuffed grouper, 1/2 baked potato (made it into a crisp potato skin and stuffed with some of the leftover crabmeat stuffing that was in the grouper) added roasted cabbage and onion on the side…..so good!
Nancy, wishing you much success with the changes you’re making! If you don’t mind, can you post what you’re eating….just curious…. Regarding shoes, I don’t wear heels but I can wear a low wedge. I’ve seen a few pairs that will work well so I don’t think they will be an issue….
Jan, Yay! On a strong eating day and not constantly hungry!! I have a tentative gown…I really liked it, it fit great and the price was right so I purchased it since it can be returned. The wedding is October 25th. I’m waiting to hear what color the mother of the bride is going to wear and I want to check out a few more stores….then I’ll know for sure if it’s a keeper!! It was fun shopping and trying all the fancy gowns on……

Lori - yesterday I started out with yogurt and a banana - then chicken with mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts and watermelon - then sardines on multi grain crisp n light and pineapple, ending with a salad (greens, 2 slices sharp chedder cheese and 2 olives) and before bed a slice of keto bread with peanut butter and ff milk. I have a bag of peanuts in the shell and had some of those throughout the day. Yesterday was my whole foods day. Not perfect but OK. Today I'll try to use up some of the nutrisystem meals and also some left over chicken noodle soup. Tomorrow I'll try another whole foods day. I'm guessing you'll stay with this dress. I always seem to go back to my first choice.
