Good morning, Betty, Beverly, and everyone. Beverly, praying that your husband gets better quickly.
Warrensburg WW Chocolate Overnight Oats
1/4 cup quick (or old fashioned) oats sweetener, to taste cinnamon, to taste 1 T. unswt. cocoa powder (my addition) 1 scoop (1 1/2 T. collagen) (my addition, for protein) half a banana, sliced 1/2 cup frozen dark cherries, or blueberries, or other fruit 1/2 cup unswt. almond or cashew milk (or Fairlife fat free milk)
In a container with a lid pour the oats, sweetener, cinnamon, cocoa powder, and collagen; shake it around a little bit to mix it together. Slice half a banana and add cherries or blueberries. Pour in the almond milk, put the lid on and shake it up good. Stick it in the fridge overnight. In the morning, put in a bowl and either heat in the microwave or eat it cold. - posted by Jo Greife, Warrensburg WW
