OK so I went from 10:15 PM to 10:30 AM. So far I've managed 12 hours or more (clean fast) for six nights in a row. It's hard to believe I'm finding this so easy after all that night time eating. I'm trying something else new. I wasn't really drinking enough water and my eating from meal to meal was closer than it should be. So now I have a new rule. After I eat, I must drink 24 ounces of water before having anything else. So I should be eating less and drinking more water. So far I've had two meals separated by 24 oz water with a new water bottle sitting on my desk. Either I drink it (good) or hold off on next meal (also good).

OK I accomplished 72 ounces of water, that's three 24 oz bottles. That's enough. I did have premier shake, 24 oz, noodle soup, 24 oz, nutrisystem lunch, 24 oz, nutrisystem dinner. That will be my goal, ie 72 oz. Once I accomplish that, I'll consider myself off the hook with water.

Lori, I hope you had a great day at home! Enjoy your hair appointment.
Nancy, at 72 oz of water plus the soup and shake, did you spend the entire day in the restroom? 😂 I am loving the veggie book! I went to 2 stores today to make 2 recipes. When I got home, I was missing an ingredient for the oat bars. Bummer. I did make a Mediterranean veggie soup and it is sooo good and I love that it’s so good for me.

Jan - I knew you'd love the book. It will undoubtedly keep you busy for a long time. No, I'm somewhat of a camel. No extreme time in the rest room. A bit more on the days I take the water pill (every other day but not today).

Hello all. TRE. Yoga. Stationary bike. Weight is steady and I'm in week 23 of maintenance.
Nancy - way to go on the clean fasting!
Lori- glad you had a work at home day. I was supposed to be traveling Sunday through Friday, but first Blizzard of the winter and we're snowed in. All good 😊.
Jan - yum on your soup.
Meg- hope you are doing well. I'm observing that my blood glucose is much higher now because work is so intense. On vacation, it was much lower 🤔. I still have at least 6 years before retirement. I'm going to research this.

Nancy, the combination of your fasting, healthy meals and all the water you’re doing Great and sound very motivated!!
Jan, it was a great day….oil change complete, all monthly deadlines complete and all grays covered!!! What’s the name of the book with the recipes? I was listening to a podcast today that was talking about if your hitting your calorie target but the scale isn’t moving look at what your eating?? And the recommendation was trying more Whole Foods, less processed…..
I’m continuing to be consistent!!!
