LaDonna Will continue to pray for you. Hope that the OTC med provides some relief. I keep the arthritis strength, 8-hour DG pain killer (Tylenol knockoff) on hand for the occasional really bad headache. It’s a little stronger dose, but that is what makes it cut through the discomfort. Haven’t noticed what the weather report is for the Carolinas. But I hope it’s been or will be pleasant for your Spring break.
Bee I find that white flour food makes me sleepy. We usually have whole grain or whole wheat bread here.

Good Morning!
Well, the TB could tell by the way I walked into his domain, that I was down. He did not even enter the room, he just peeked in and when I weighed, I heard him hit the floor. I am down 11 more smidgens. I'm amazed.
June, I do not do wheat in any form except the mini whets for breakfast. It causes inflammation and aggravates my arthritis, which I have all over.
Off to cook me some pinto beans.
LaDonna, MJ, Cathy, and Susi just keeping y'all in prayer.

Bee Wahooooo! You took that TB down a peg or two. I can understand avoiding those foods that ramp up inflammation. The whole body feels better when there is no or less inflammation. Mmmm. . . Pinto beans are one of my favorites. Enjoy! In general, I never think to eat much bread unless it is something special like homemade or yeast rolls. I do eat pb toast, and then probably no bread the rest of the day.

Bee - Way to teach that TB a lesson! Congratulations June - Good plan for the day. Nice of your friend to share yesterday Waving to LaDonna, Cathy, MJ and Ann
Knew this morning was going to be a bit crazy so I got up and took my shower before walking Lily instead of after. Got breakfast and lunch prepped. The lump is so small, she had trouble getting enough tissue samples to test. Then it was off to WW. I had a few fires at work to put out and a conference call with ADP to add our accountant to the reporting. Now I get to do my work. Carol went with Marge to the oncologist and nurse navigator. They are getting her set up with all the services she will need: nurse twice a week, OT and PT and set up the next round of chemo. She is very upset that her hair is starting to fall out. She has also finally started to reach out to a few people and they are responding positively and will provide additional help. I need to pick up some stuff after work, make hard boiled eggs for the deviled eggs. Since the surgery I am moving slower and everything is just taking me more time.
S - Usual coffee B - Full frittata breakfast L - Ham/salami/provolone on 647, artichoke salad D - ? Likely nachos, salsa and ff Greek yogurt E - Walking and stretching

Susi Sounds like your presence and expertise was much needed at the resort. Glad that you could get the work underway. Is this something that Tony can participate in and learn as a result? That would be helpful. Your vigilance regarding Lily gives her a great chance at early detection if the lump proves cancerous.
Am crossing my fingers & praying for both Lily and Marge.
So glad that Marge is ready to accept additional support. That could be hard to face that one needs it. Prayers, positive energy, and practical assistance truly make a difference. I have zero idea how I would react to losing my hair. That can be so very personal, esp. for women. My nephew, Isaac, lost his hair and his eyebrows during one round of chemo. His children decided that he looked like Mr. Clean. I never heard whether he was amused — or not.
It’s pretty amazing that you are able to host Easter dinner at all. GL with completing all the tasks at your current pace. I’d happily lend you a hand if I could. ❤️

Gee whiz. . . Sure do appreciate having a smaller bathroom as I reseal the grout. However, paint sealant on wall tile is a slower process. Cannot overload the paint brush or seam, otherwise the sealant runs. And I have to wipe off the excess. Regardless, that project is moving along and so is repainting the cabinet toe boards. Yay!

Good afternoon all - Its been a rainy, thunderous day here - but all is well. I'm tired as I did not sleep too well last night. I big crack of thunder woke me up at some point and the there was heavy rain. One more work day after today!!
June, weather doesn't look too bad next week here - maybe a little clouds and rain but not cold. I have very little tile in my house but I do believe the people that installed it did not put the sealer on it. I told Laken to make sure she gets the sealer on her shower as quick as she can.
Bee, that no flour is really paying off for you! Keep up the good work
Susi, you are doing incredibly well despite all you've been thru - don't over do though. Best of luck to Lily on her testing and sorry to hear Marge is upset. I probably would be also.

I am plumb tuckered out. Thinking that I am glad another day is winding down, the bread rose and was shared without bringing any home, and am now contemplating backing bread again in the future.
That said...not tonight.
I have cards tomorrow and hope to read another chapter or two in my book before bed. Wish there were more hours in the day!
