C134D12 - Last food 10:00 PM - waiting another 15 minutes until 10:AM this morning. Today will be another whole foods day, again with the 24 ounces of water in between meals for a max of 72 ounces. Gotta keep trying, right?
Kathy - snowed in with a blizzard?? That's crazy. I guess you don't mind a good excuse to stay home instead of travelling this week. Kudos on week 23 of maintenance! Hope you'll share bits and pieces from your maintenance class.
Lori - Guess I'm on the right track with the whole foods. Can you give me a link to that podcast?
Jan - Have you thought about the Lightened Up Broccoli and Cheese soup? I really liked that one.

Kathy, I can’t believe your first blizzard of the season is in March….that’s crazy…..
Nancy, I’ll keep looking but I can’t remember were I heard that mentioned….I know it was about someone close to their goal weight, staying within their calories and the scale not moving. It was suggested that for 2 weeks the only thing she change is swap out protein bars for Whole Foods and see if it made a difference…..hope your Whole Foods day went well!

Today was whole foods plus 72 oz water. The only exception was my final snack, 1/2 cup sugar-free butterscotch pudding. It was the only thing I could think of and I guess it's close enough to whole food considering it's mostly ff milk which is allowed. It was a busy day. First line dancing then mah jongg so I didn't get home until after three and then was busy with food prep, laundry, paperwork, etc.
Lori - Yep I still have some protein bars from Nutrisystem, so they'll have to be on the alternate non-whole-foods days. Tomorrow is grocery shopping and there's nothing on my list that isn't whole foods.
