This thread is for anyone that has been away from healthy eating, had a gain and is recommitting. We accept all forms of healthy eating here, whatever that means to you. We touch base daily for accountability and to encourage one another. This is a judgment free zone.
We all struggle to get the weight off and keep it off. Sometimes this is a challenge, but we never give up and that is the key. Regardless of our situation or where we are in reaching our goal, we count on talking to each other every day and are blessed to have one another as friends.
All are welcome here.

Good morning everyone.
Lora are you still getting rain? It is supposed to move in here later today. Yes, we knew it was 50/50 with ODS. It can still be frustrating though. We still had a good time. I have not been in Tractor Supply in awhile. I don't think I would like the new chicken. LOL - I do need to go get bird seed and I want another bird feeder. I have a cardinal that hangs out in the shrubs in front of the house and I think I am going to put a birdfeeder in the window. He already will come sit in the windowsill and drive the dogs crazy sometimes.
Glad to hear MIL is doing well. I hope FIL chemo treatment without too many issues yesterday.
Susie I also need all the brain power I can get LOL how was the class?
Janet I haven't ever heard of Dover Mart. It is odd to say that the email address already exists. You could always click the forgot my password button and see if it sends you an email reset. I'd probably do at least that and cancel the account.
Still catching up at work from being out for a few days. I have another long weekend coming up with Friday being a work holiday. I HOPE the weather is as nice as they are predicting because I want to get some yard work done. My DD bought me some tulips I would like to plant and I have some other flower bulbs that I picked up from the Dollar Tree - I figured I would try them - if they don't grow they were only $1.25
Not really much going on with me.
waving to everyone.

Good morning and happy Wednesday! Jana - thank you for starting us. We're back to sunshine today. Yay!! Janet - I'm not familiar with that website you asked about. Sorry. Susie - MIL did stay home yesterday. When I checked in on her in the afternoon, she was complaining for feeling very weak. I'm skeptically wondering if she ends up back at the hospital Friday afternoon...that seems to be her pattern lately. Fingers crossed that my sarcasm is just that. But DH and BIL went to a baseball game together last night and had a similar conversation. Jill - just a half day today and then it's spring break for you. WooHoo!!! Anyway, no matter what I end up doing today, coffee comes first! Lol. Have a wonderful Wednesday everyone! I'll check back later.

Hi Everyone, I didn't get a password reset when I pushed that. I am not overly concerned as I see no suspicious activity on my bank account and have never used this site. Being that there is no contact listed I will not be buying anything from there. I did contact my bank to see if I could put an alert in my account for this specific company but the person I spoke with said that I couldn't do it for one specific company. I don't want all merchants to be on alert so won't have an alert put on. I will just keep monitoring though and if anything is a fraudulent charge then I will call and report it.

Okay, we got to the vet and got CC his pedicure. He was grumpy for a little bit and took a little while to decompress, but he's back to his little hoodlum self now. At this moment he's rearranging furniture in his pen - literally picking up everything that he can and tossing it here and there. He such a little punk sometimes. haha!
Well, now that I have him settled, I think I'm going to make a gym run.

Decided today I would take a ride to Boscov's which is a department store a bit further to see if I could find a new bra in my size which I did find. I figured since I would be near the other Walmart I'd take a quick look to see but as I suspected they didn't have it either. I think I am just going to buy the name brand I guess because I am not finding the generic locally anymore or if they do happen to have its hit or miss. I am wondering if I should set up a new email address. I have so much stuff on that email but maybe I can set up a seperate email for just the places that I deal with financially and let them know I am switching my email address. I have a seperate one for work and a real old one that I use rarely but I do on occasion when I have needed a different account to verify my account. Lora, glad you got C.C. out for his pedicure. I can't get Cassie in her box like I used to. Her nails are really sharp. I'd have to have the vet come out and do them and that would cost be very costly so once I have my usual break I will arrange for her to visit for her shots, exam and they will get her nails cut. She really was quite aggressive last time and got out of the mesh bag but the tech got her back in. I do not envy that job one bit.

I updated a different address that I rarely used and will notify the businesses that are associated with my financial accoounts and most likely my health account. That way I feel as if there is something I may try in the future they hopefully can't get into that but I suppose they really could do that too as they are very smart in technical means.

Hello All -went to my gym class, then a very quick walk with DD since I had to get to Bible Study. Don't you know, as soon as I started out the door it POURED rain -- I got drenched just trying to get into my car. I played mah jongg this afternoon and next up is Bunco.
Jana - the brain powe class was fun. The gal who led it works for the Alzheimers Association and talked about dementia, but most of the class was fun games to challenge us. I have taken one of her classes at LLI before - fun, entertaining and educational.
Lora - glad MIL stayed home. Loved the pics of CC on FB.
Janet - glad there was no suspicious activity on your account; I have not heard of that site either. Even if you didn't find what you wanted, it was good that you found the bra.
Waving to Jill and Robin....chilling for a bit before I head to Bunco - hope it is not raining when head out!

Hi again!
Susie - sounds like you have my weather from yesterday. Today was actually gorgeous here.
I was headed toward the gym and it was so pretty that I decided to walk along the river instead. And I'm so glad I did. The water and sky were vibrant and gorgeous, it was about 63°F and really just about perfect. I'll hit the gym tomorrow...Lol.
Simple burgers (no buns of course) for supper tonight. I also have some hibiscus tea brewing. I think we haven't had that since last summer. It's always been a favorite of mine.

Just as I was about to call my auto insurance company about the change in email address (although might be able to do online) my phone just wouldn't make phone call out. ( always something!!). Luckily I was still able to call out though for service. The guy was nice to work with and was easier to understand. He said that there had been some issues earlier in the area. After telling me to update and charge up my phone as it was on the low side ( about 22%) which shouldn't have been enough not to have no service though. Now it seems to be working okay. I've tested calling myself and it isn't saying no cellular service. It may be also that I somehow had it set on Bluetooth and I don't have or use it but if it was on it never affected my service before. I didn't end up calling the insurance company though. I try tommorow at this point as we will be getting more rain tommorow and I want to read after I get my laundry put away.
