This thread is for anyone that has been away from healthy eating, had a gain and is recommitting. We accept all forms of healthy eating here, whatever that means to you. We touch base daily for accountability and to encourage one another. This is a judgment free zone.
We all struggle to get the weight off and keep it off. Sometimes this is a challenge, but we never give up and that is the key. Regardless of our situation or where we are in reaching our goal, we count on talking to each other every day and are blessed to have one another as friends.
All are welcome here.

Good morning & Happy Friday!
It's a little cool this morning, but we looking to get to the 60s today & the sun is out, so it should be nice. I think today is mowing day. Better to knock it out now and not have it hanging over me for the rest of the weekend, right?
Shocking that it's almost April already. Gahhhhhhhhh! Sixty is closing in SO FAST! How is that even possible? I really don't feel much different than I did at 40 though. Lol. Actually, probably better. Definitely more energy and less joint pain. haha!
I had a terrific weight session yesterday, totaling 66,950 lbs. I'm pretty sure that's my highest cumulative lift so far.
Anyway, I really just popped in to get us started. Have a Fantastic Friday, everyone!

Continued... Lora, it's nice that DH has time off. Jana, I hope Zeke has a quick recovery. That's tricky when our fur babies are hurting. Did you go line dancing? I so get wanting to stay at home. Janet, when a product is discontinued, it's hard for me to love another one. Hopefully you'll find a good replacement. No, I've no experience with Instacart. Robin, how fun to get new window covering and ceiling fans!! Susie, what's the brain power class? I hope everyone has a good day. ♥️

Hi Everyone, I went to the gym this morning and then my friend and I went to the Thai restaurant we like. I treated her for her birthday which was in December when she was on her cruise. She then was going down to visit her brother. He was having surgery this morning. Unfortunately they are going to take his toe off which is infected and can't be saved. They are going to try as much as possible to save his leg/s if they can. I know its been really difficult for her. She has a cousin they can also reach if needed as my friend isn't always home and doesn't have a cell phone. She has never wanted one. I was going to go back out to get some things but may wait and do it tommorow instead. I am going over to my sister's laþter for dinner. I don't need the things today but I will go tommorow as stores will probably be closed on Sunday for Easter. I don't have plas for Sunday as far as Easter as I don't celebrate. What if any are your plans?

hello everyone! What a good day we're having here. We got the property mowed, then decided to head to the river for a walk and got in 2 miles. After that we were close by, so headed over to WM to pick up a few things...dang what a mistake. That WM is in the middle of a remodel and it was packed with pay day shoppers and easter dinner shoppers. Basically, it was a mad house. We grabbed the necessities with DH standing with the buggy at the end of the aisles while I waded into the throngs of people to pick up whatever we needed and bring it back. It was the only way we could get anything accomplished. I can say for sure, we got in and out of there without any dawdling. haha! Anyway, back home and I cooked up some ground beef, seasoned it for tacos, shredded up some lettuce, sliced a tomato and made us big taco salads for dinner. I had a few really nice tomatoes that I'd picked up at the Pig a couple of days ago and some fresh avocados, both of which I sliced up for topping the salads. it was really good for a change. Jill - when to you head to the farm? Sounds like you're making good use of your off time so far. Nice that you're enjoying your new haircut. Janet - so sorry to hear that your friends brother is having to have his toe amputated. Is he a diabetic? That's sad. We don't have any special or specific plans. The past few years we've gone to DHs parents on Easter Sunday, but I don't think they're up to that this year and they surely have not mentioned anything about it. Waving to Susie, Jana & Robin! I hope everyone has had a good Good Friday and will be enjoying the rest the weekend.
