This thread is for anyone that has been away from healthy eating, had a gain and is recommitting. We accept all forms of healthy eating here, whatever that means to you. We touch base daily for accountability and to encourage one another. This is a judgment free zone.
We all struggle to get the weight off and keep it off. Sometimes this is a challenge, but we never give up and that is the key. Regardless of our situation or where we are in reaching our goal, we count on talking to each other every day and are blessed to have one another as friends.
All are welcome here.

Good Morning All - I picked up DGS and he came over and had his Easter Egg Hunt - what fun! Then we went to dinner with DSon and DGS Capital Ale House and had a nice time- DDIL decided to stay home and chill --they are headed to the Outer Banks to their beach house today. It is supposed to be a gorgeous day today. I plan to get in a lot of reading outside.
Lora - sorry about the WM mess, but yippee for getting the mowing done and having a lovely walk!
Jill - ENJOY your Spring Break! Don't you always just feel so good after getting a fresh hair cut??
Janet - sorry about your DF's brother.Nice that you and your friend could enjoy a Thai meal. Hope you had a nice evening with your DS.
Robin - I am guessing you will have good weather this weekend too. I know this is early, but when do you start to set up the pool?
Jana - Will Pops be home for Easter? Hope you all have a great weekend (pups included). Maybe you can get some hammock time??

Hi Everyone,
Mainly plan to get some things at the grocery store that I need. Then probably read. I have been procrastinating forever on opening this portable tool for my teeth. Maybe today will be the day I do it.
Then reading.
My friend's brother is diabetic and should have been going to the foot doctor after he came home from the rehab place. He was so overweight and large that it was very expensive to transport him to different doctor appointments and the places themselves weren't reliable about the transportation. However, once he started to get around on his walker and they finally arranged this transport he could have arranged appointments. Unfortunately I don't think they thought about him going to a podiatrist all this time especially since he is diabetic.

Finally opened the box and took the stuff out after so long. I can't figure out how this cord fits in the thing to charge it up. Not understanding it as the larger end goes into the charger part but the other end doesn't seem to fit into the machine. Odd! Maybe I will have to take it over to the dentist office but I don't want to park anyplace close to it as that is where my mirror was taken off. [br
Tommorow I am going miniature golfing and then out to dinner with people from this Jewish Singles group. I may know some depending who comes to this activity. Some used to come to our Outdoor group activities when we used to be a much larger group.
Another guy from our group was planning to go but his brother and SIL invited him for dinner so he said he wasn't going to come.
I edited some more of my email addresses. I am not changing everything or passwords or eliminating this email account just the actual email address itself including my bank. Most information I don't log in by my email address anyway so just a matter of precaution for my financial things. Once I get my tax refund I will notify the tax office of the change in my email. The money though will be deposited in my checking account and not through my email.
