C134D17, 802 calories plus isolated meal out - not too bad - salad bar + some lightly buttered italian bread + stuffed jumbo shrimp with a baked potato, and we ordered an apple crisp with 4 participation spoons. The restaurant was amazing, really good food, a 45 minute drive away. A very pleasant evening. 72 oz water. It cost me 1-1/2 lbs.
Jan - How's Nick feeling? Was his car totalled? And what will his driving rules be? Hope you're getting some rest.

Nancy, Your isolated meal sounds yummy and sensible. I would call it a maintenance day. The 1 1/2 lb is just a temp. weight fluctuation. As long as your right back to your usual, it will disappear…

Lori - After getting to D17, today was a major binge. It started when I caved to a slice of birthday-type cake at the clubhouse. Tomorrow Janet and I are going out to lunch and I've been dreaming about my angel hair pasta with italian bread, so that's what I'll have and start fresh on Wednesday. Or just maybe I can isolate that meal and track the rest of the day. I'll try that. You're doing really well. Give yourself credit!!!
