Monday was a bit nutty. Read Monday's personals later, so will โchatโ here.
Ann Waving โhiโ if you happen to drop by.
Bee Hope the tiara gave you the magic to clean all that you wanted. Cathy Sorry that the internet service is still spotty, and you cannot rely on it for family chats. Hope that your pointsโ strategy puts you in game form for Thursdayโs potluck.
LaDonna Any time you are moving and/or renovating it is difficult to keep up the house. I just try to carve out a few areas of order or work space. And then I ignore or accept the rest. lol. . . After almost a year of home improvements, I feel like I am the uncrowned Queen of โlook the other way.โ But we are getting there. . .
We often have cloudsโ hence it was why there is a WW federal arsenal nearby in Ravenna, OH. So, who knows if we will have a good chance of seeing the eclipse.
MJ Good progress report for Toots. Glad to hear it. Gotta love that Kressling2 unexpectedly hung out. Love that. Not surprised in the least that the rollout has been problematic and customers are seeking refunds.
Susi Nice to hear that your Easter dinner tempted Marge to eat. Glad that she had enough appetite to do the meal justice.

Monday was Nutz. Something woke me before 4AM. So I was dragging all day. K & I looked at stain and paint options for the trim. We looked at prefinished moulding. We looked at paint options. Decided to go with painting the moulding for several reasons. Will buy a paint sample and paint a piece of moulding for the moment of truth. Fingers crossed. First coat of paint applied in the bathroom. Yahoo!
Avery pulled a great April Foolโs Day prank: sent a picture of herself sporting deep purple hair. Both R & I bought the gagโ completely. Avery loved our reactions to the trick picture and then our later shock. Was a good laugh for all.

Today I can string a fifth day OP to the four already in a line. I will also walk again today while reading. A trip to the produce market is on the to-do list so I have the ingredients for the potluck dish for Thursday. I finished a book and started another one...have to hustle my bustle to get the books read before they are archived!
Mounah had a man come to help trim the fifty+ pine trees and another come to find out what was wrong with the phone line. The phone is now working but who knows for how long. Hopefully it will help with the internet, too.

Cathy Congrats on your OP streak. Hereโs to adding another OP day! Fingers crossed that the work on your phone line improves your connection. Whew! Mounah and his helper had to be very busy to trim that many trees. GL with reading all of the books that are scheduled to be โfiledโ away soon. Hope you find some interesting reads.
I just finished โA Murder Most Royal,โ which puts Queen Elizabeth II as the crime solver. The murder happens at her Sandringham estate during her annual winter retreat. Was an interesting perspective.

Good morning, all!
Prayers still going up for those in the path of storms... many, MANY prayers... there are many, MANY storms... and fires, too, that never seem to go away...
Prayers for all our loved ones who are in particular need...

Yesterday was a YM paperwork day; today may continue that way, at least for a while. It's also time to do a gear inventory. I have two emails to draft, one about the remaining nine M65 jackets that still need to come in and the other about overdue annual physicals, but since I sent out two yesterday I want to space them out so each gets read. The service advisor from Toyota called me at the end of his work day with an update on GracieTOO; she should be done by end of day today (which is what we were hoping for). Fortunately, the school spring holiday this week means that there are fewer taxi requests.
Today there'll be rain, with winds increasing. <meh>. Looks like it will be a create-your-own-sunbeam kind of day. We don't have any errands to take care of, which is a good thing. So since I've been up since 5 AM I am going back to bed ASAP; I'll call it my morning nap ๐ฅฑ๐ด. I think dinner will be L/O prime rib with mashed potato and mixed vegetables.
Coffee... โโโ... more coffee...
๐ฑ๐ทโ๏ธ๐ท๐ฑ๐ทโ๏ธ๐ท๐ฑ๐ทโ๏ธ๐ท๐ฑ๐ทโ๏ธ๐ท๐ฑ Be well! Have a healthy-eating day, all! ๐ฑ๐ทโ๏ธ๐ท๐ฑ๐ทโ๏ธ๐ท๐ฑ๐ทโ๏ธ๐ท๐ฑ๐ทโ๏ธ๐ท๐ฑ

I can only tiara a little bit. That's not my cup of tea.
I shall show up tomorrow and be accountable. It seems I didn't find any eggs this week, but have found the smidgens I lost last week and maybe some new ones. LOL
Will try to be back later. If not tomorrow!

Good morning all. Hopefully I will be able to get back to personals after I adjust back to full time. Of course, we were very busy for the holiday. This weather is making me achy. Hopefully the Tylenol will kick in soon. I miss working part time or should I say I miss my naps. LOL I miss the gym but at least I am getting in plenty of walking and stretching.
S - Usual coffee B - Egg salad on a lite EM, air fried asparagus L - Lamb gyro D - Crab cake, snow peas E - Walking and stretching

I miss working part time or should I say I miss my naps. Naps are tricky... once they work their way into our schedule, it's hard to pry them out...

Mj GL with getting a speedy and helpful response to the YM emails, esp. the โreturnโ the YM parade โstuff.โ Great timing for Gracie2โs tune up, mechanical inspection, and so on. Cloudy days are perfect for naps if you are so inclined.
Susi The weather - related pressure changes can wreck havoac on joints and joint surgical sites. Hope the Tylenol helps you hang in there. Glad that you can follow through with your plans to be FT so quickly after your shoulder repair. Itโs a testament to how fit you are overall including your mindset.

Hmmm. . . Feel like I had a productive morning although much of the work was routine: moved & rearranged all items in bedroom to vacuum, emptied dishwasher, folded 2 loads of dried laundry, stifled any criticism of Rโs tendency to leave laundry wrinkling in baskets, read about Tarot Court cards, made inquiries about my neuro MRI &/MRA, and picked up $3 pizza lunch special for us. R is finishing the 2nd coat of pain in the bathroom. I am heading out to buy a sample of the brownish paint for baseboards. I have to โseeโ how it looks in person before I commit.
