This week is winding down. The week has focused on change and I am including two url's with lists of small changes you can make that will/can make a difference for you to look through. There may or may not be an idea that resonates or that you have tried in the past. Have fun with them:
ONE HUNDRED TINY CHANGES...
57 SMALL CHANGES...
AND
There is a LIFE CHANGE INDEX SCALE (The Stress Test) that is often shared in classes and seminars on "change" or "stress" if you are interested...
QUESTIONS:
1. Comments on any of the above url's? 2. Talk about anything -
3. FUN: Did you take Home Economics in school? What grade was it taught in? Do you remember what was taught? Share a home ec class memory OR some memory from high school that makes you smile.

I bookmarked the "change" articles to read again and in more detail.
A couple that stood out to me - both are from the second link and are a couple that I could work on. Use More Positive Words Celebrate More Frequently
I do remember taking homeEc, but I can't remember which years, or how many years...I'd guess at least two years? Mainly recall cooking and sewing - which most already knew. At the time I was in high school, some of the assumptions about who should take which classes were starting to change...previously, homeEc was for girls, shop was for boys. It was probably in my junior or senior year I remember boys in homeEc and some other girls and me took shop.

I couldn't find yesterday's thread yesterday morning and got busy so couldn't look for it again. I just found it and will read the URLs today. Ditto for today's URLs.
I remember taking a cooking class in 7th grade, but off the top of my head don't remember a class specifically called Home Ec.
Weather has been so strange. We had sun for so many days recently, and today thunderstorms and rain every other hour or so. Sometimes the rain lasts a fairly short time, and sometimes a really long time (comparatively speaking). A little while ago, I was smiling at the blue skies outside my office window and right now it's completely overcast and darker grays than lighter ones. So much for "sunny southern California..."
