Today was crazy…..first we had a fire alarm go off in our building. Shortly after getting the all clear to go back in the building, the earthquake happened….It was crazy how the stone building shook and you felt the rumbling….Nancy, did you feel it. It was a 4.8 earthquake in Tewksbury, NJ. They said it was felt a radius of 50 to 60 miles. ..just felt an after shock…

Meg, sorry to hear about the sadness….it’s hard to get motivated to do anything when we don’t sleep well and feel a little down…please take good care of yourself…

Lori - Yep we felt the vibrations. From what I understand, no one was hurt which is good news indeed. I haven't felt an after shock so far. As for food, I'm still without discipline. I'll get there but not yet.
