Hello, Kelly, Thanks, Idk what happened to my post from yesterday. Sounds like you had a busy weekend. Sunday is usually a lazy day for me. Laundry & reading. Virtual meeting, tracking, waters 45oz, fruit/veggies. Made turkey a la king with the leftover turkey. Happy Monday

Yesterday I added 2.03 miles( 1 mile WATP and 1.03 mile walk at lunch)
One of my coworkers brought in eclipse glasses so we took turns seeing the different phases of the eclipse.

I added 2.40 miles yesterday (WATP and walk at lunch)
Off today but have to get on a work meeting at 6:45 am. Then I have to take Olaf 1 of the adult cats for his check-up.
Brenda: Hope you are doing well.

Good morning BL,
This morning I walk over the bridge, I do it as often as I can. My friend started working from home, but she still meets me to walk. Tomorrow we will take a break. I have also been attending a Tuesday evening meeting it is not my favorite, but I go with my friend to keep encouraging her. Stop the PRESS. I went to the gym 2 times last week after cancelling on Saturday, you get the month free when you cancel. I will probably rejoin $85 is a lot, but it is right across the street from my job. I can also to to any of their gyms.
Today is not as nice as yesterday, but still doable for a walk.
I am working on actually making a plan to set goals and adhere to them. It is crazy that I am still trying to lose this 20 pounds.

Hello, Claudette, kudos on walking over the bridge and getting to the gym and supporting your friend. A fantastic week you are having. Yesterday I changed my settings to the GLP plan. It was interesting to see that they count, protein, fruit/veggies & water. I think I will leave it on this setting for the rest of the week. It showed me how little protein I get in. I knew I wasn't eating enough but to see it was eye opening. I also tried the ww ricotta meatballs, it called for spaghetti squash, but I used spaghetti & zucchini noodles. Virtual meeting, TM40min, tracking, waters 33oz., sleep!! Happy Thursday

Nancy, Thanks for the info. Are we allowed to do that. I will try that. According to my breakfast group the GLP Plan cost a lot of money.
I was so happy that this morning my scale decided that it wanted to be my friend. OMG. I was super happy. 3 weeks of effort I think I lost a pound.

I added 3.75 miles Wed-Thurs outside walks.
Busy days with errands and appointments.
Tomorrow we have our 55+ event. We were lucky to be able to schedule Ryan and Friends to perform after our meal.
Possibly Sunday afternoon I can get this home office finished.
Nancy: Good job on your good days. The recipe sound yummy to me.
Brenda: Congrats on your weight loss this week.
Claudette: Good job on walking and getting to the gym. Continue to focus on your plan and those 20 lbs will come off.
