Day 41 – Make a New To-Do List
Beck wants you to make a new daily to-do list, a “Do these activities between once a day and once a week” to-do list, a “Do these activities as often as needed” list. They are on pages 261 & 262.
What things do you do on a regular basis so you can keep managing your weight and work at getting fit?

Once a week I go grocery shopping to make sure I have the foods I need in the house, plus I don't bring home trigger food. I weigh myself and keep track of my weight. I weigh and measure my food. I plan ahead what I will eat. I keep up with my online support groups and my local WW friends. I work on being mindful of my eating.

Daily:
* track on the app and on paper * weigh in the morning and record weight * check in with groups * check in with my sister
Weekly/as needed:
* replenish food for meals: grains, beans, dairy, produce, etc

I shop at least once a week, sometimes two to make sure I have fresh produce in the house I look out for new healthy recipes to make so I don't get bored with cooking I have a to-do list of things I should be doing for my health/weight - I keep it in a habit tracker but lately have not been doing so well at actually doing them I almost always have a plan of what I should be eating but I often go off plan. I should focus more on sticking to it.

Things I do regularly -
Eat healthfully with limited calories Think about what I'm eating and plan ahead as much as I can Sit down to eat Monitor my eating throughout the day Do spontaneous exercise Weigh myself at least once a week and record it Do planned exercise at least 3 times a week, it I'm able to

Track daily Exercise at least 5x week walking and at least 2x gym Meditate at least 1x day (working on that)
