Another week gone again. Time seems to go so fast. In a few days it will be Daves heavenly birthday. He will be 79.
Shragae FL..April Showers Sandy IL...Wanting Spring Warmth Lin AZ...Spring Allergy Lucy TX...Enjoying the Warm Sunshine Nancy IL...Watching Flowers Grow Connie PA...Pulling Winter Weeds Kathie CA...The Spring Gardener Betty MN...Flowers in Bloom
Sandy, always seems like many things come at once. December use to be the month for us with many birthdays plus the holiday. Are the luxury suites a lot more expensive than regular boarding.
Shragae, glad that Medicare is paying for your surgery. The last time I was in the hospital the coding was wrong so I ended up paying for some of it mostly medications. I will be sending it in for reimbursement.
Lin, I know Lynda told me she paid a horrible amount for Sherwin Williams paint. She doesn't like the cheap stuff. I got that Penetrex and have been using it for a couple days. Does it take a while to take effect? Doesn't seem to be helping much and the directions are not real good on the box.
Connie, you sounded a bit down tonight when I talked with you. Everything OK?
I slept pretty good until 5 then got up to BR and couldn't go back to sleep. Went to recliner and ended up getting up at 6:30. Turned on my shower and thought my hand held shower head was facing toward the wall...Wrong...it was facing toward me and when I turned it on I got a good cold shower.
Found some good hard scrambled words for you all to work on. Glad I have the answers.
Mtoigrnia Migration
Etronivnmne Environment
Percesoicmo Microscope
Emeertruapt...Temperature
Ateplhen,,,Elephant
Nicnteton,,,Continent
Eremienxtp..Experiment
Good luck with these. I'll post the answers tomorrow night.

Betty yes the luxury suites are almost double in price than the regular boarding area but I feel with all Rosie has gone through she deserves being spoiled as does Fred plus the luxury suites are in a quieter area of the boarding. If we had two dogs I wouldn’t do it but it’s just her and being in the suites I can bring her bed plus her “babies” and her blanket. I’m hoping by having all her “stuff” she won’t think we’re abandoning her. With us being able to see her through the remote they have in her room we’ll get to see in real time how she handles it.
Going to be in the 80’s here today and definitely not ready for that temp. Then the rest of the week upper 60’s and 70’s which will be better.
Yesterday Rosie was on the porch and sleeping when the mail lady came. I guess she startled her awake as all of a sudden we heard growling and fierce barking and I thought OMG Bailey is back as that’s what she sounded like. I’m sure it made the mail lady jump as I had told her oh Rosie never barks! But man oh man has she ever turned into a watchdog! Fred tried to tell her to stop but I told him not to do that as after she alerts us she then stops and I don’t mind that at all. When people walking their dogs go by she just does a soft low bark.
Church this morning and not much else planned. I should have planned dinner better as I’m fixing pork chops, mac and cheese and honey glazed carrots. Making pork chops with shake ‘n bake so have to turn on the oven but a good thing is our oven doesn’t heat up the kitchen. Just it’s going to be a heavy meal for it getting so warm.

I would say third day it starts to be noticeable after three times a day. Then it works better. But that's me and Over 70,000others. But people are not all the same. I got voltaren cream but no results after three days. But I guess it is even slower.
i think it is subtle change, if I stop using it, i do notice a difference

Sherwin Williams is a wonderful paint but SO expensive! I just don't think it is worth the very high price. About 2 years ago I painted my whole house including ceilings and baseboards. I chose top of the line Home Depot paint on the advice of my painter. It was a good choice.

Shragae, what a beautiful view of 2 rooms.
I go to my local privately owned paint store. Like to shop locally with our own merchants and they are so helpful. all their paint is kind of expensive but I have had very good luck with the tips, the knowledge and the help and the paint so I stay with them. I am going to get there soon as I want light soft mint green for my 1/2 bathroom in basement. It is very small and just trying to decide if I want to tackle the ceiling or not.
thanks for the scrambled words Betty. I love to do them and sometimes takes me awhile but don't give up easily. I was so tired last night and was having problems with TV, with all the wind and rain all I could get was one channel no matter what it said on the TV. paying for the small Spectrum package and that is very annoying when I hardly watch TV at all and then one channel that I don't even watch is working. I always like talking to you!! Many times it is the best time of my day, like it was last night.
Had to try to reboot it several times and it finally was okay . Then I went to bed!!!
Sunshine today is going to be wonderful. not a cloud in the sky which is so unusual these days. There is a lot of wind yet but that will help dry things up. We had more rain in one day than we usually get the whole month of April and that is our rainiest month. we are still flooded in places and will be awhile cleaning things up. I live on the "high" side of town , thank goodness. Grass is now mowed and even all the trimming done. Now for some energy to get the fence around the peonies before they get any higher. Wet ground will make it pretty easy and not a big job at all just one big bush. Putting some fertilizer in around the bush as well.

This has been a very wet year for us in San Diego. It rained during the night last night but the sun is out this morning. It is after 9AM here now and Vanessa hasn't come yet to take Shana out so she is impatiently waiting. I texted her tho' and she is on the way so Shana will be happy soon. Vanessa usually comes around 8ish.
Jim still in bed. I wonder if it will be a day that he stays in bed all day. It sure is quiet here when he sleeps all day.
See you all later for tuck in!

I went to Bible class and church this morning. The Bible class was about the Shroud of Turin. We have a member who is an expert on the Shroud. I now have a load of laundry in the dryer. It's currently 82 degrees and sunny.

Just dropping in ti let you know I'm ok. Tired from all that went on while son, wife and daughter were here. Sore from all the walking up and down hill with the work. The slab is down for the gazebo. It has to dry good. They will be back in 3 or 4 weeks to set up the gazebo.
Church this morning and lunch at Braum's. Walked around outside then sat in the sun awhile.
Preacher will be going through the book of Esther for awhile.
Good night.

Lucy, was watching for you. Glad you are okay!! Company though fun does wear us out!!
Love Gazebo's. In Florida , My Mom had a white one in back of her house down by the pond and would have loved to bring it here when she passed but of course not possible. She kept it up really nice, Had vinyl lumber and she just hosed it off . I would paint the floor (cement slab) every time I was down there. and the cement table and benches were a lovely touch. I don't think she ever sat in there. She was not one to spend much time out doors but I used to take my lunch out there when I was helping her out with things. I trimmed the bushes in the back of it as well. Once in a awhile there would be an alligator out there but you knew when the alligator was there as there would be no ducks in the pond. they would move else where for awhile.

Connie, my gazebo will be down near the creek. Unless my ability to walk goes away I plan to go down there a lot and sleep some nights. May get a twin air up bed. I have a lawn chair that has a mattress pad. I can try it.

Forgot to tuck in so now that I am up in the middle of the night I will do it....
Tucking you in now in our newest blanket. It looks like a nice bright sunny Spring day and our doggies are all playing together. We are sitting around them watching them play. I guess when the adults all love each other the doggies do too.....Sweet dreams!
