Hello, Brenda, congratulations on being the BL this week. Claudette, geez, I didn't think about that!! I did check my account and they didn't charge me. I'll have to see if I can get some more information on that. I did change it back!! Andrew, the first time for a gain!! You've been doing wonderful. It happens to me all the time. I had a nice 3 day weekend. I added 7.54 miles( WATP,mowing, and walking)

Good Morning!!
I added 3.29 miles yesterday( 2 mile WATP & 1.29 mile walk at lunch). Twisted my ankle on my walk yesterday on an uneven sidewalk. Pretty painful yesterday afternoon and evening. elevated and iced as I could while working and my 1 co- worker wrapped it with an ace. Hurts a little bit this morning. I kept it elevated overnight and reapplied the ace this morning.
Brenda: The DH is doing pretty well. Walking and able to do more around the house. He has had some swelling of his legs which is unusual for him. On a water pill for a few days and antibiotic to ward off infection.
Claudette: Hope you are out walking and enjoying the weather.

Good Morning!!
I added 3.11 miles( 2 mile WATP& 1.11 mile at lunch) on Tuesday and 2.1 miles ( 1.71 walk and some light exercise) yesterday.
Went to get my eyes checked yesterday. Prescription actually got better but I may have closed angle glaucoma so will need to be referred to an ophthalmologist to be sure. She did not do any dilation as that could cause more issues. So will need to be evaluated first and then go back if dilation is approved. I was still able to order my new glasses.
My ankle is pain free now, although it did swell some yesterday but I was up on it most of the day.
I actually got most of my office done.
Nancy: Your doing very well. Keep up the good work. I fortunately did not fall just twisted my ankle.
Claudette: Enjoy your walking Challenge.

Hello, Claudette, yes, I go in studio on Saturday and a virtual meeting every day. I made it part of my routine, coffee, meeting, gym!! I enjoy Mercy D I do her during the week & Karmi M on Sunday mornings. I checked with ww chat & they said if you are wanting to follow the glp1 tracking method, that's simply an app setting. Kelly, kudos on getting your miles in!! Virtual meeting, TM40min, tracking, waters 45oz, sleep!! Happy Thursday

Good morning BL,
Today, the weather was crazy. I was freezing in the morning, however I struggle over the bridge, so I could get my walk in. Later, I am heading back to Brooklyn for an appointment, I may walk over again after the appointment it is only a mile and a half. Today is going to be a just do enough day. I listen to a really great workshop this morning.
It looks like the weather is going to be crappy today. I have not gone to the gym not one day this week and today does not look pormising either.
