Water was something that I didn't even know I was short of, until I tried measuring it out to get 2 liters a day. It was a surprising struggle. Now, in addition to just always trying to drink more throughout the day, I have an alarm set for 5 pm and 6 pm to drink water before it gets too late. I also make it a point to have a water next to my coffee and take a drink of water before every drink of coffee. It's still a bit of a struggle to just get the minimum 2 liters, but I am doing it and I am sure it is helping me.
