Nancy, I say keep the soup. It’s handy to have when you don’t have something prepared. A serving is high in sodium, but low in calories and filling.

Jan - I read your mind and did keep them. Went shopping today. Bought romaine, celery, green beans, sweet potato, avacado, cucumber, squash, pineapple, bananas, fat free milk, flounder, rainbow trout, salt, sardines, dried apricots, walnuts, mushrooms, olives. Then to lunch at Panero's. They discontinued their 10 veggie soup (bummer) so I had chicken noodle with 1/3 buttered (smidge) baguette.
Lori - Hike sounds lovely on this gorgeous day.

The weekend went way too fast….I can use another day off.
This morning’s hike was really enjoyable and a nice way to start the day. Then DH and I went out for a nice lunch before Mom returned.
Nancy, I can’t believe they discontinued the veggie soup…
