My main goal is to keep up my tracking, but also to rein in my eating. For the first time in 16 years when I weighed myself at home today, I was over two pounds over my WW goal.

Oh this is such a great reminder and prompt. Continue to lose weight and participate in the n3xt review fully. Travel and a big house renovation has kept me away.

My goals are to re-establish my healthy habits, which I've sort of lost track of but am starting to work on. I also hope to have some PT for my hip pain - I got the script and made the appointment with my favorite PT yesterday - so that I feel better and am back to exercising more again.
I need to work on controlling my stress and exhaustion eating.
