Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted each month. * Everyone welcome. * If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. April 1-7 = 160 minutes
April 8-14 = 45 minutes
April 15 =
Found out I can't breathe through my mouth so slept poorly last night (if at all) due to having a cold and being stuffed up. I doubt I will be walking till I manage to get rid of the virus.

Apr 1. = 40' (40' bike) Apr 2. =105'(75' bike, 30' yoga) Apr 3 =100'(40' bike, 30' yoga, 30' walk) Apr 4. =100'(40' bike, 30' yoga, 30' walk) Apr 5 just some walking in the airport and maybe a pinch of yoga stretching Apr 6-8th walking eclipse watching that's about it. Apr 9th Just airport walking. Apr10 = 100'(40' bike, 30' yoga, 30' walk) Apr11 = 145'(40' bike, 30' yoga, 30' walk, 45' lawn mowing and very long) Apr12 = 110'(50' bike, 30' yoga, 30' walk) Apr13 = 100'(40' bike, 30' yoga, 30' walk) Apr15.= 35' bike, 30' yoga so far
