This thread is for all of us who have been on the weight loss merry-go-round quite a few times. We have banded together to make this our FINAL time. Good morning!
I have an early meeting this morning so not as much time to post here but I was the last to post yesterday so I don't have a lot more to say. Move it Monday---each of us has at least one goal on our intro related to movement. What will you do to move today and attend to your goal? It is cold here (of course) - 39 degrees. But it will be sunny--yay! Hoping to have a few opportunities to be outside and see it. I have some meetings at another building (and need to drive there) so that should help. JenA number of our leaders leave tomorrow for OR to visit a program in Estacada, OR. I am glad that they will be gone because I think it means that I can get more of my own things done!
I am thinking about Karen and less than a week until the wedding....oh boy! DS29 turns 30 on the same day--April 20th, but he and Kaitlyn are flying to Boston on Wed. to spend time there with good friends (one who also has a birthday on 4/20). So we will celebrate when he gets home (the next weekend). I think that the anniversary is around 4/20 too? Is that right, Carole?
Carole: Hoping that you have a good day and can maybe get outside for a walk today.
Christine: I hope that your school week gets off to a good start for you! Are you still doing your TM workouts in the morning?
Sue: I think you check in today and fly home tomorrow? Hope that you get a good seat number!
Jenny: I hope that you got some downtime yesterday and have a good start to your work week.
Jo: Did you sleep better when you were out of town? Hoping that your sleep is improving.
Okay, time to sign off an get ready for work. Have a good day, ladies -- I hope to have time to pop in a bit later!

Good Morning ☼ supposed to warm up to low 60s today... with sunshine... maybe today we'll get outside? Ken has an appointment in Greenfield this morning, then he'll stop at BJs. I just didn't feel like stopping Saturday.
Jenny: So glad your Dad had a great party ♥ Glad you had yesterday to recoup before working today.
Sue: So glad you could make DM smile with chatting with family. Safe travels today - hope flights go well, and you land/take off at gates near each other.
Christine: Yes, 19 years is a long time. They have done well. ♥ OMGosh 500 gallons of water?? Thank goodness you were doing laundry - or you wouldn't have noticed it. Hopefully the drainage between the properties is a town issue? Or is it an expense you and your neighbor will share? UGH Do you have a dehumidifier you can put down there now? I totally get hating April! Hang in there, the month is half over... May will be better {{{{hugs}}}}
Jo: Glad you had a simple day yesterday - UGH< sorry the shrimp never made it home. I have had that happen, and I call the store. They tell me to bring it to their attention the next time I shop. Hopefully you get reimbursed for it. I have to make more breakfasts here too, didn't get them done over the weekend. A/C already?? Geeze, I have my pellet stove on this morning! LOL
I have had zero interaction with Robert since he started. He sent me a workout program, but it's so small, I can't even see it! I'll stick to the ones Kait sent on You Tube!! I'm not doing well at all, but will keep restarting!
Gabrielle: Yes, get DH used to at least the Costco run!! Glad he wanted to take you out to lunch - you deserve a quiet lunch out once in a while.
No, didn't get outside yesterday - but it's OK. I ordered my new Pressure Washer, it should be here Wednesday! Makes sense to get the patio done before pulling the furniture out!
Yes, 19 years deserves a celebration. Kitchen reno is going to happen - but I am reconsidering moving the fridge back. I really WANT to, but also worry about cutting into the back room. I need to put something there to actually SEE how much of the back room it will involve. Part of me is worried about the next time we need a fridge! Every time we get one they seem bigger and bigger, but if I have it built in, we may be limited on what we can get? Still thinking...
I had a great day! I emptied Ken's dresser, dusted and CLEANED, then moved it to the spare room. I then told him HE had to put his clothes away! LOL I filled a tote with clothes he hasn't worn in forever. IF he needs them, we have them, if not, they get donated! The T-shirts that I'll let him keep are in the laundry now, same with some pants and all his shorts! They are just messy from being shoved in the drawers, so now they will be washed, and folded nicely to then be put in the drawer - not CRAMMED in there!
Then I also cleaned off - dusted - moved my dresser, just to change the layout of the room. I washed the curtains too! LOL I was on a roll! I got one window washed, will do the other one today, before rehanging the curtains. It just feels so good to have the room cleaned and different. LOL It's apparently been "a minute" since I have moved the dressers to clean behind - OH BOY! So that kept me busy - kept me moving - and makes me happy. Sometimes just washing the winter crud off the windows makes the whole room cleaner! Truth be told, I do not regularly clean my windows, so this year that is one of my goals... to wash every window in the house!
Move it Monday will definitely happen here, between all the extra laundry, and finishing my room, even ironing the darned curtains! They just look too wrinkly to just rehang! Whoa, Glad we are in the 60s this week, not the 30s! I'm not sure a walk will happen - but I will not just be sitting around all day either.
Yes the anniversary here will be celebrated on the 20th, but the actual anniversary is the 23rd. 4/20 is also Ken's sister Debbie's birthday.
OK DH is heading out soon, so I'll get that list out for him, and get started with my day. I'll be able to hang some of the laundry out on the line today too! YAY!
Hope you all have a great day ♥hugs♥
