C134D2, yesterday was great - 1175 calories after a 15 hour fast, almost all whole foods. Still working my way thru the book. Just pool today. Maybe I'll try walking down to the clubhouse. I just counted 26 days of uninterrupted fasts - 12 hours or more.

Quick check in. Eating is pretty good, but I'm still sick; now have pinkeye. Sigh. Practicing gratitude!

All going well…today was a co-workers birthday and it involved a homemade coconut cake that everyone was raving about. I took a piece home for me and Mom to share and enjoy tonight. I made a few adjustments to my day so I can fit the extra calories and enjoy without guilt….
Nancy, as I read your post, your motivation is jumping off the page! Love it!

Meg - Pink eye is awful. Hoping improved health for you sooner rather than later.
Lori - Great idea to bring the cake home, share with Mom, and adjust the calories to accommodate it. Talk about motivation!!
