Today is the day we share our goals for the week and how we plan to spend our me-time.

My main goal for the week is to keep up with tracking my food and drink intake, while also looking for ways to cut down on my eating. My me-time is my computer and reading time.

* Stay Positive * Hydrate * Get over this cold
ME TIME * Reading and reviewing * Some cooking * Perhaps get together with others when cold is gone * Taking a Calligraphy class online tonight

My goals are to continue tracking and cut back on eating non-healthy foods.
For my me-time, I'd like to be able to continue working on my hobbies, but I have to get out into the yard and with my health issues, that is exhausting. I need to spend some time calling around to see if I can get some help to do the spring cleanup.
