Good morning. Not much to report here, eating is going well. I’m continuing to eat more plants and typically get 45-50g of fiber everyday. My protein has dropped to about 25% which I’m fine with.
Nancy, “mostly whole foods”— I love to hear that!
Meg, oh my gosh, pink eye? I had that once and it was not a good time. I hope the eye drops have kicked in and you’re getting some relief.
Lori, great job with the cake. I had to juggle some calories on Monday too and was pleasant when I came in under goal.
Kathy, I hope your roadtrip is going well and you’re listening to some great books!

C134D4, 1199 calories plus a mini blueberry muffin and small lemon cookie at dominoes. Otherwise mostly whole foods.
Jan - Today I had a Premium shake for breakfast and will be having 1/2 cup Jello pudding made with ff milk and a banana for my before bed snack. Neither are really whole foods, but to me they are acceptable exceptions. What do you think? You're getting in a lot of fiber. I'm nowhere near that though I will be having green beans, an orange, a banana, a large salad and a bunch of items with 2 grams fiber each. What are some of your higher fiber items?
