I eat meat, usually for dinner. I eat beef, pork, and chicken. I would say I have meat two to five times a week.

I'm a vegetarian and have been since my teens. So no meat or poultry or fish/seafood. I am allergic to some seafood - horrendously so, as I discovered when I ate it for the first time. Since it was a dish with a variety of seafood, I can't even say what caused the allergy.

I limit red meat mostly due to cholesterol. I try to mix animal protein in dishes rather than having it be the main item, other than fish, seafood.
