Good morning!
Nancy, many days I have a 60 calorie keto wrap and those have a lot of fiber, though I don’t think that sort of fiber enriched food is as good as plant foods. This won’t be of any help to you, but I’m getting a lot of fiber from beans.

C134D5, 1150 calories, almost all whole foods. I shocked myself yesterday when friends in the clubhouse kitchen offered me rugelach from Costco. It looked so good and I managed to say no thank you. I rarely have the strength to do that, so NSV. Today was planned out in advance and after table tennis I went to the mall to return something. Again the food court was so tempting as was Rita's frozen custard. I debated and debated and managed to leave without having anything. Who is this person?
Jan - I had to look up Keto Wrap on the Internet. Is 60 calories the whole wrap or the fixings as well. What do you put into it? And you're right about the beans. Oh well.

Hi guys. Sorry to be MIA. Again. Still not feeling 100%; very low energy and kind of discouraged.
Nancy: Excellent on using the resistance muscle! NSV indeed.
Jan: Glad to hear you're doing well. How's Nick?
Waving to Kathy and Lori.
Keep doing what you're doing, ladies. You inspire me!
Peace.

Meg - That's just as I felt for a month and was equally discouraged believing I'd never recover. I'm totally back to normal now, so keep the faith. Rest when you need to and things will turn around slowly but surely.

TRE mostly 16/8 and a 14/10. Will be curious what the scale says when I get home on Saturday. Enjoying my conference.
Nancy- glad you are enjoying mostly whole foods. For fiber, I miss 1.5T chia seeds and 1.5T ground flax into yogurt or on top.ofbcruajed berries. My favorite is tommix it into 1+2 T of nut butter (peanut, cashew...). I'm so grateful not to be tracking or counting,.so.thay works.for.me.
Meg- so sorry you are not feeling well. Do you take vitamin D? I had sworn off any supplements and now am taking a bunch and am feeling better. The iron, in particular, has made a big difference which shows on my blood tests.
Jan and Lori- glad you are both doing well.

Kathy - I never tried chia or flax seeds. You probably have plain Greek yogurt, right? I don't like it and flavored yogurt doesn't really work with whole foods. As for the pnb, calories are an issue for me and that with the seeds adds up quickly. Lori - Yeah for the spring clothes fitting. Mine too. For me, my clothes tend it fit even when my weight goes up or down. I'm enjoying the whole foods. Dinner today was calves liver with onions, mushrooms and mashed potatoes and pineapple for dessert. Lunch was shrimp cocktail with wasa whole grain triscuits and unsweetened apple sauce. Breakfast was Kashi honey toasted oats with ff milk and a banana. Vanilla SF pudding and dried apricots before bed. Nothing sad about that, right? Not perfectly whole foods but close enough I think...1309 calories, 66 oz water.
