Sandy, you are a great doggy mama.
Sounds like JJ is really a well-rounded guy, Geri. Enjoy tonight.
I remember that quote, Shragae and I agree with most of what you say. I know that HAMAS has been attacking Israel since the 1990s and that they need to be out of the area before there can be peace. They are an anathema and what they did on October 7 is beyond horrendous. I just wish Netanyahu were a bit more humane towards the innocent Palestinians (and yes, many are not). I have no solution, just angst.
Ruth, have fun at your retreat.
Kudos, as usual, to you, Marlo, for how disciplined you are about your health.
Wonderful neighbors ARE a blessing, Jane.
Sharon, I agree with Sandy. Is it really two years already since you got Cora? She is a beauty. Enjoy that family time.
It will get to 89 today. I am going out for dinner early with some friends and then we will be off to see a dance performance by dance clubs in our community. It is titled "Dancing through the Decades." We have very talented people here and I always look forward to this annual show.
I feel so bad for Tom with his neuropathy. He drove to Costco yesterday so he could not take a pain pill and his suffering was obvious. He is doing a great job cutting down on sugar and I know that is critical. So is exercise. I want to go pool walking with him and he said he would give it a try. Now that the weather is getting warmer, we can do that. He might need pool shoes so the floor does not hurt his feet. He thought sneakers, but I don't think that would be great. If not walking, we can do some stuff at the end of the pool that I remember from my water aerobics.
Karen, change is hard. Bill is doing great this time.
Thinking of little Ruthie, Karen E.
Time to get things done!

Golden Meir once said that we will have peace when the Arabs love their children as much as they hate the Jews.
