Good morning everyone
Kinda gloomy this morning. Good day for gardening.
The new LED bulbs for the bathroom are perfect. Thank goodness. That’s off the list.
I put together the second standing lamp last night. They both look wonderful on each side of the couch. 42D34 - Regency Hill Jenson Adjustable Height Bronze Swing Arm Pharmacy Floor Lamp
Hopefully the LED outside bulbs are ok for the new fixtures. Will be delivered soon.
Yesterday contacted the carpet cleaning company regarding our family room and hall carpet. It seems to have a very slight residue and is slightly tacky. The rest of the carpet is fine. Supervisor isn’t thrilled and he wanted me to send an email stating the issues. I did that this morning. Hopefully they will come out and re do the family room and hall. Maybe needs a good rinsing to get out any remaining cleaning products.

Morning All!
Waiting for a Shoprite delivery any minute, so I will make this short.
Lin if you are thinking of buying an ice machine - a tip my brother and SIL gave me. Instead of using bags of ice, buy some small bottles of water from the supermarket and freeze those. My machine held about 6 of the small bottles and instead of dealing with the mess of melted ice, I just refroze the bottles and replaced them with more I stored in the freezer. That way they were always ready to go and made set up and clean up that much easier. For some reason they seam to stay longer as well – maybe less air around the ice – who knows. Plus, the small bottles fit nicely on the freezer door and took up less room. Something to think about. Like you don’t have enough on your mind.
Allergies seem to be getting better. I don’t know if the A/C fan running constantly is the contributing factor, or the fact that it has been rainy and its dampening down the pollen outside. Any way I’m breathing almost normal again, and am very grateful for that.
Mar sounds like you are becoming quite the fix it lady with your wicker project. When we first put the deck on the back of the house, I mistakenly bought plastic coated wicker furniture. It was so beautiful but I quickly found out it was not for outdoor exposure and it was ruined the first year. I was working at the time, so bringing it in and out as the weather dictated, was not an option. It is really beautiful stuff and I envy the fact that you can have it in your garden.
Geri – Connie is the iPad series 9 known for its issues? I love my iPad and it will probably be my next purchase on the technology side of things – not this year – maybe next. Let us know how it goes.
Betty hope you are feeling better today and the cold doesn’t turn out to be a really bad one.
Need to get started, Lily’s chicken is in the oven and the timer just went off.
Wishing all a pleasant and productive day!
Dayle

Dayle, I loved my old iPad that literally died. One minute it was fine then there was a black screen and the only thing that showed was the apple logo. Tried with Apple tech support to revive it, but it is dead.
The new one has too much clutter, like numbers, movie, pages, clips, freeform. and more. No idea what most of them are for. I just need to get rid of some of the stuff. The price is great, $249 on Prime. $325 on other sites. Someone suggested I take it to the Apple store, but the closest one is in Jacksonville and I really don't want to go there.
Maybe I was just so used to the old one.
Supposed to be 90 here today, too early to be this hot but weather is crazy everywhere. I hate turning on the AC this early.
Hope you all are having a great day!

We are ten degrees above normal. Yuck.
that is odd about your carpet, Mar.
Dayle, you are the second person to mention the water bottle trio..definitely will do that. How long at a time does one use ice? Normally you cannot keep it on too long.i hate using ice, but I guess it keeps swelling down.
i cannot win here. Set up table last night for mini filled pancakes , bacon and eggs and strawberries. Well, the she (who is on semi diet while on vacation) said..Oh but I am having yogurt. Put it all away early this morning. She got up and said no, I meant I would have pancakes and yogurt..good thing those are frozen to micro wave. We had already eaten cereal
Last night they did not go to supper, so I had to get more hot dogs as we were going to just have last two in freezer for easy dinner with beans. She did not eat the beans. She only eats one brand from the NE not here. does not eat salad, fish, seafood, most vegetables, most fruits unless cooked in dessert, any kind of Asian food…
her DH's dead sister's husband called. He has COVID. so she isn't going there for supper Sunday.
