This thread is for anyone that has been away from healthy eating, had a gain and is recommitting. We accept all forms of healthy eating here, whatever that means to you. We touch base daily for accountability and to encourage one another. This is a judgment free zone.
We all struggle to get the weight off and keep it off. Sometimes this is a challenge, but we never give up and that is the key. Regardless of our situation or where we are in reaching our goal, we count on talking to each other every day and are blessed to have one another as friends.
All are welcome here.

Good morning!
As predicted, we're grey, gloomy, drippy and chilly here today. No specific plans yet. DH is working this morning so it might be another hang around the house day. I think that's probably exactly what my mood does not need, but I might have to endure one more day. Starting tomorrow we're supposed to get a full week of sunny or partly cloudy. At this point, I'll take either. Ha!
Well, I just really popped in to get us started. Wishing a wonderful Sunday for all. BBL

Hi Everyone,
Home from the baby shower. Her parents have a very big house but they are a family of I think 7 growing up. I forgot yesterday to get a few more apples. I knew I had a few older ones in the drawer. One was okay but the other one wasn't. The apples that I did buy before were smaller than the ones I usually buy though. Since I also meant to get more stevia I just made a quick trip to get the items. I had just enough time to cut up the apples and put them in the food processor and put in the bowl with the other apples. I finished the rest of the ingredients in when I came home.
After the kids leave I am planning to leave. I need to go home and change my clothes,etc. I took the fruit and matzah over to her place today so just will take the spread and the moscato I bought the other day.
Tonight I plan to start reading another book that I saw at my sister's that is a part of a series. It is by an author called Ellys Griffith. Something like that. I don't have the book right in front of me.
I haven't decided what I feel like eating for dinner yet. I had a full lunch at the shower. Maybe some soup.
It didn't rain here but was overcast and chilly.
