It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted each month. * Everyone welcome. * If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the month. inspire YOU but will inspire OTHERS, too.

It is day three of socializing and I look forward to simpler fare at home...soon!
