C134D9. 1249 calories - pool today, then the gym, then a sedar - so many eating challenges lately. I just have to do the best I can on the non challenging days and of course around the challenging ones. I've been maintaining but would prefer losing the same 8 lbs.

I did more food prep yesterday. It’s nice to have good-for-me-food all ready to eat. My plantar fasciitis is back with a vengeance. Ugh. I have my annual checkup on Thursday so I’ll ask for either some prednisone or meloxicam.
Nancy, I have events coming up as well. I really want to lose this extra 7 or so pounds before the end of June. We have a wedding in California and I want to feel my best. Enjoy the Seder dinner.
Kathy, I just made your chia flax pudding. I didn’t have any kefir so I used 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt and 1/4 cup almond milk instead. I’m looking forward to having it as a snack later. I don’t always love dystopian books, but The Measure was so well written and I really enjoyed it.
Meg, I hope you’re on the mend and feeling more like yourself.
Lori, yes, weekends sure do go much too quickly. I hope your Monday went smoothly.

So it seems my co-worker who is involved with my boss will have to change departments. I’m just praying whoever fills her spot doesn’t change the atmosphere in the office….
Jan, let us know how you like the pudding using the 1/2 yogurt and 1/2 milk…
Nancy, I think 3 weekends in May are already filled with social events, then vacation in June….there always seem to be challenges…..
