Good morning. I haven’t been weighing myself. I’m happy with my eating and don’t want to stress over the number. Clothes still aren’t fitting as loosely as they once did, but I’m hoping that will eventually come.
The chia pudding worked out well with 1/4 C almond milk and 1/4 C Greek yogurt. I also added a bit of vanilla bean paste. I liked it so much I made 3 more servings for lunches yesterday.
Wishing you all a peaceful Wednesday.

C82. D5. TRE. I'm in Week 28 of maintenance ~ I've never ever been able to maintain like this. I know that I am more than my weight, but I had to spend 8 hours yesterday in front of a group of 60 people and I was grateful to be as slim as I am. Jan - glad you liked the chia pudding. Did you try it with cocoa nibs on top? I like the brand I found (NOW Organic Raw Cocoa Nibs) it gives a nice crunch to the top of the pudding and I like the chocolate flavor. I know you use protein powders - I was recommended Anthony's Marine Collagen Peptide (12g protein and 50 calories) by a friend in health care. anthonysgoods.com/products/hydrolyzed-marine-collagen-peptides-gluten-free-paleo-keto-friendly Do you have a recommendation? Nancy - Sounds like you had a nice Passover. Hope that you are able to keep up with your whole foods and your calorie goal. I have not tracked points or calories since May 2023. About 10 years ago I bought the book Intuitive Eating, which is basically to listen to what your body wants. I put on so much weight!! What my body wants is to eat sugar all day. My cousin and her daughter recently jumped on the Intuitive Eating bandwagon and have both gained weight. All this to say, there is a need to restrict our eating when we are constantly surrounded by so much food. You are limiting calories and I'm limiting hours of eating. I'm just so profoundly grateful to find something that actually works for me. Still amazed that in Week 28 of Maintenance it still works. Lori - glad that you are eating well and your clothes fit better, so forget the scale. In the Maintenance Class I took last week, the teacher said that at one point when doing fasting she was very thin, but still had a body shape like she had metabolic syndrome (I think that means weight and inflammation around the abdomen) she started exercising and changed her diet away from unhealthy foods, gained 20 pounds, and dropped a dress size. I.e. clothes can be a better measure of our 'fitness' than the scale. Meg - hope that you are recovering Meg. Keeping you in my prayers for health. Kathy p.s. Looks like I need to travel next week for meetings. I was hoping for a bit of home time...

Kathy, several years ago I was taking marine collagen. I can’t recall the brand, but it was extremely fishy tasting and after a while I just couldn’t stomach it anymore. I would consider trying Anthony’s; I’ve loved everything else I’ve tried from them.
