Good report from ENT, all quiet and hoping for peaceful weekend. DH wants a bean sandwich for supper and will make it! Ok.
I reorganized my archive folder for the museum..ongoing at hime..on the false electors since AZ was one of the states and they finally inducted them. One is running for Congress. You can actually be in congress if you are convicted of a felony! Wow.one is current president of the legislature's Senate which is about as much use this year as DC. think that folder will be quite fat with online printouts and news cuttings. The COVID files continue each month but are pretty thin.it did not go away as we all know. At least I can be of some use.
Managed to straighten out one lower cabinet in kitchen with muffin tins, cake pans, and casserole dishes , parts for immersion blender, and food processor. Kind of want things neat before surgery.
Betty, yeah, negative is good, but the virus knocks you out for a month , kind of like bad case of flu hangs in there. Rest! Protein helps heal most stuff and Vitamin C which also helps absorb iron from the protein foods. Sending you virtual chicken soup. Too bad it is not real,
Mar, so you still have shingles? Or the shot revived it…..wow.so sorry.

Hello everyone
Busy day today. Shopped at Sam’s club and target. I placed 2 online orders. Cut one star jasmine off the trellis and put the beat up wood trellis on side of the house for a special trash pick up. Will do second one tomorrow. Going to take out both the jasmine shrubs. They are planted to close to the house and we do not want any plants touching it any more. Better for the paint job.
Lin- Glad you anticipate a calm relaxing weekend. The shingles vaccine did not trigger shingles. It’s not a live vaccine. I do find it strange this started after the first vaccine.
Allergist says it’s not an allergic reaction to the vaccine. According to the allergist and dermatologist I do have active shingles in my system right now. No rash anywhere right now. So it’s internal. Dermatologist said the first vaccine I had in the end of January didn’t have time to prevent shingles re occurring in the beginning of March. He is hoping I won’t have another flare up and can have the second vaccine in July. He is hoping because I did have one vaccine it might knock it down and go away.
I only have fatigue and occasionally a headache right now. I do have some tingling and slightly itchy where I had shingles. It’s not all the time. I am in bed by 7:30 most nights watching tv. I was tired on our trip to Texas but pushed through and did enjoy it.
My frozen off areas on my face and chest look like I have a disease. No pain.

Hi everyone,
Nothing much going on here. Did have stitches removed from my right cheek as I had an area that showed cancer cells. Everything is good now. Go back in 6 months for a full body scan.
Nothing else going on here, quiet day. WW tomorrow.
Have a great evening.
