Anybody need a specific week or can't have one? Anyone want to change goals? I'll take the first week and I'll leave every other week as is unless I need to change it for someone.

Sounds good to me although I would like to change my goal. Instead of no after work snacking, would you change it to SMARTER after work snacking.
