C134D1 - I didn't binge but have decided to make this the first day of the rest of my life based on Dr. Becky's methodology. My salad dressings and my miracle whip light are ruled out because soybean oil is in the first three ingredients. She suggests the Primal Kitchen brand for all three. I found it in Target online. Jan - I just had an envy apple and really enjoyed it. I got it at Trader Joe's. I don't think my supermarket has them but forgot to check.

Argh, how is it Sunday afternoon already?! Lori, I bet your mom enjoyed the baby shower. Nancy, I’ve never had Primal Kitchens dressings, but I think people like them. So glad you liked the Envy apple! I’ve been getting them at Costco. I’ve also discovered Sumo oranges this year. Oh my goodness. Delicious.
