Happy Monday! Carol, I meant to tell you that I saw that Silver Sneakers challenge that I think you said you joined. I can’t do a lot of walking but I do have treadmill and there are videos for peopl with joint problems with walking steps so I may look at the email I got to join. The kitchen is a perfect zone for me because I need to declutter our pantries again (the rule was if we bring something in, we take something out but so far we have obeyed the rule)🤣
Monday possibilities: —practice —making two sourdough recipes🧚♂️ —declutter tables on first floor —clean up craft desk —mail cards🧚♂️ —15 mins of exercise —water (my dr. keeps telling me I need to drink more which isn’t hard since I rarely drink any) —make appt. for car maintenance

Yesterday ended up being a baking and cleaning dishes day. I was basically on my feet all day baking sourdough English muffins and sourdough pretzel dinner rolls which taste just like a soft pretzel. So yummy.
Not sure what we’re doing today. I’m waiting to talk to DH about it.
Tuesday possibilities —virtual Bible study (last week)🧚♂️ —clear off tables —put Amazon order away🧚♂️ —possible day trip —practice —other things depending on how the day goes.

—declutter/reorganize x15 min —practice 🧚♂️ —possible ride to antique shop —make card for new born at church —update May wall calendar —plan this weeks dinners (this really saves us money)
