Hello, Brenda, congratulations on being the BL this week. You're doing great!! Andrew, so cool that you get to be an extra! It must be fun. Meetings always help me when I'm lost. On the last Saturday of the month my in studio ww meeting group takes a walk. Yesterday I joined them we walked around the lake 3.2 miles; I haven't done that in forever! I did have to stop about halfway through because of my sciatica but they didn't mind. We had a great talk, and the time flew by. It took us 1hr and 6mins. In studio mtg, walking, tracking, waters. I also made the ww flank steak tacos, they were delicious. Happy Sunday

Good Morning!!
I had a nice and relaxing weekend.
I added 6.04 miles Fri-Sun.
I work today and tomorrow and then I am off the rest of the week.
I need to get myself back on track. Way too much snacking lately. I managed to hold steady with my weight through it but his morning I am definitely up.

Hello, Kelly, kudos on your good weekend and getting in your steps. I hope today & tomorrow fly by. Yesterday was so hot!! I ran a few errands & that was it. I've been rewatching Virgin River on Netflix. Today it's much cooler so I will make a to do list. Virtual mtg, TM 30min, tracking, waters 56oz. I'm up today with the mindless eating I was doing yesterday. Happy Monday

Good Morning!!
I added a 2.08 mile walk before work.
The work day was a little crazy. I kept telling myself I only had to make through Monday and Tuesday.
Nancy: Good job on your tracking, TM, meeting and water. We had a cooler day today. I actually opened the windows to sleep last night.

Hello, Kelly, we don't have ac so my windows are open most nights. Way to go getting in your steps. I made a to do list yesterday & did a lot of it while listening to virtual meetings, TM30 mins, tracking, waters. Happy Tuesday

Happy 4TH of JULY,
I am a little tiered today. A LOT tiered. I am going to go and get some fruits and vegetables and just for a walk. According to the scale, I gained about 7 pounds, however, I do not feel it, or see it. I have no idea what phase of this journey I am in. I will keep doing the program and see what the outcome will be.
Thanks for all the congrats. I feel like I have to do June all over again. Trying not to focus so much on the scale.

Hello, Claudette, welcome home. I'm sure the gain is water and salt. Kudos on stalking up on fruit/veggies. Kelly, hope you enjoyed your bbq. I actually went to the gym, TM30min, tracking, waters. We went to the casino & had lunch there. I chose a turkey wrap. When we got home we had our traditional apple pit w/ice cream. The scale is up today!! Happy Friday
