This challenge was created fifteen years ago by a few Weight Watchers members.
We are committed to making positive and permanent lifestyle changes.
Success isn’t always measured at the scale.
Each day, think about the positive actions that you made the day before and identify the challenges you are working on.
Anyone with a positive commitment to the program can join.
If you are the first one to post each week, please copy, paste and get us started.
If you choose, pose the Question of the Day (QOTD) that solicits constructive ideas for following the plan.

Yes I Did: finish the book, stay OP within points though slightly over calories, make healthy choices, talk to son and his family, hydrate, and stay positive
Yes I Can: track every BLT, Make healthy choices, quite when I reach points-goal, hydrate, stay positive, write the review for When the Viscount Seduces, and start another book
Another late night and early awakening in the morning. I figure that sometime soon I will crash early and sleep late...can't wait! This morning my husband wanted to look at outlet shops but not BUY till he did a walk through all of them. I figure if he saw something he liked...it will be gone if/when we return.
Here's to all of us achieving our goals this week!

Good Monday noon!
Yes i DID: --finish one box of paperwork I started on previous day. Sat out in our backyard, with folding table in the shade of a big maple tree, sorting for about an hour. --walk about 3 miles before dinner, slowly, no hills, still babying my R leg. --try to wind down...but (like you, Cathygeha,) I fall asleep late and wake up early!
Yes I CAN: --work on establishing a routine for practicing --get in a little strength training, gentle --wind down a little earlier. No "just gotta read this one thing online..."
Be well! Carol

Good Tuesday morning, positive peeps 🐣🐣!
Yes I DID: —spend a lot of time at grocery stores including shopping for a picnic tomorrow that may be postponed due to weather. I now have lots of salad fixings. We may eat some nice big salads this week! —a nice neighborhood walk while listening to a podcast. I tend to walk further when I have something interesting to listen to. This one featured an astrobiologist. —try to wind down but still not early enough
Yes I CAN: —do some decluttering

Two days back to back out of the house puts me behind and seems to see me off rather than on program. Things should settle down some tomorrow...hopefully.
Yes I Can: Track every BLT, stay positive, hydrate

Good Thursday afternoon, positive peeps 🐥🐥!
Cathygeha: I find it very challenging to stay OP when I have a lot of food-oriented events, away from home. And it seems like all my friends LOVE to celebrate with food whenever we get together. But I think if we just keep tracking (doesn't have to be perfect...) and aim to stay positive, eventually, it feels good to get back OP!
Yes I DID: --enjoy Tap class, once I got there through the rain! --make a really awesome salad for our lunch at home (using some of the goodies I had bought for the picnic) --get better sleep. Managed to start winding down a little earlier...will keep working on that
Yes I CAN: --get errands done quickly --focus on one area and make a visible dent in the clutter
Be well! Carol

Yes I was : OP, within points and calories, hydrated, and had a positive day Yes I can : do the same again today
Quick stop...finished another book and reviewed it "The Last Exchange" by Charles Martin. Almost gave up but persevered and came away glad I finished it though it was not my usual. Enjoyed Rose Prendeville's Maggie and the Pirate's Son and reviewed it, too. Not sure what is up next...might be Shanghaied or another book. I will see later today.

Yes I Can make healthier choices today than I did yesterday
Started a book that I couldn't get into, read the end and a bit in the middle and opted out, wrote a review saying why I didn't finish it, posted it, and moved on.
Meals today will involve zucchini or eggplant. I am thinking eggplant in tomato sauce on spaghetti but...we will see.
Hope you all are enjoying the weekend.

Yes I DID: --Walk around the neighborhood on Thursday; at the Old golf course/park on Friday afternoon; at the playground/park Saturday afternoon. Drank lots of water! --Do some serious decluttering, with my sweetie, of 2 boxes of kitchen/household items from Old House. Also began going thru clothing items piled up in my walk-in closet --Try to wind down last night, had difficulty after watching too much bad news on TV, but made the effort
Yes I CAN: --continue decluttering, on a roll --practice (working on making it a daily habit) --wind down earlier
Be well! Embrace love not fear! Carol
