Hello, Brenda, congratulations on being the BL this week. Drew, congratulations on being the BL for the month!! Can you believe another month is behind us. It's just crazy how time flies. I started a 10-week challenge with Denise Austin. I'm just doing the exercise part. Hopefully it will keep me inspired to get to my goal I set for myself. I've been working in the garden as the humidity has dropped and made a delicious lasagna yesterday for dinner. I needed something different. Happy Olympic Sunday

Good Morning!!
I added 3.83 miles Fri- Sun. Saturday was errands, household chores, and a guest speaker at Church Saturday evening.
Yesterday was a DOR after Church and a quick lunch at Texas Roadhouse to support a ministry that a couple from Church runs. It is an addiction recovery ministry. One of the the parts of ministry is a Freedom house. It is for men that have gone through recovery. It helps them started over. The house needs a new furnace.
Drew, Congrats on being the BL for the month of July.
Brenda: Congrats on being the Biggest Loser of the week.
Nancy: ood luck on your 10 week Challenge.
Claudette: Hope all is well and you had a nice weekend.

Hello, Brenda, I have so many weeds I cannot keep up. Kelly sounds like a wonderful cause to support. Did a lot of work in the garden yesterday moving plants around as I couldn't wait until fall because it was lop sided and bothering me!! I also added a Shasta daisy & black-eyed Susan. I was exhausted when I was done. Virtual mtg, tracking, waters. Happy Monday

Yesterday I did a 1 mile WATP at home before I left for work and then walked 1 mile when I got to work.
Still, struggling quite a bit with fatigue.
Claudette: Praying that your personal problems be gone. I know you'll get the weight off. Being here is important.

Hello, Claudette, I hope things calm down for you. Just do what you can do. Kelly, kudos for getting in your steps. I'm so lazy!! I did virtual mtg, TM35min, tracking, waters. I pretty much relaxed yesterday. Monday, I made a list of chores & completed them all. I popped into a virtual mtg last night with Karmi & crew. I do her Sunday mtg. It was so refreshing & something I really needed. I've been struggling to get to 30 pounds (up/down/sideways) I've been struggling with the last 3pounds for months. The meeting inspired me to get it done this month. Happy Wednesday

It's been hot again. We did get a good rain Tuesday evening.

Hello, Kelly, thanks I had a good day yesterday. Virtual mtg, TM35min, tracking, waters 85oz!!! I also did a Denise Austin video 20min weights. I've decided not to try and do the challenge everyday as long as I do 3x week plus my waking I should be good and hopefully increase more days. Happy Thursday
