Hello, Drew congratulations on being the BL this week. Good luck with the Denise Austin Challenge. You've been doing great sticking close to your goal. Brenda, I was disappointed that the journaling class was temporary. They only did 2 weeks. The coach said they may bring it back but wasn't sure. Hopefully it will be back. In-Studio mtg, TM 35min, tracking, waters. I don't usually go to the gym on Saturday so that was a win. I watched the USA girls' soccer team win gold and ran a few errands. I bought cake slices to celebrate my Birthday this coming Monday & both DH and I had a half of slice. It was way too rich!! I think I should have gotten brownies instead. Happy Sunday

Good Morning!!
I had a busy weekend. A 40th Birthday party on Saturday and Church picnic last evening. I added 6.5 miles Fri-Sunday. Took the morning off to rest up from the late night last night. The picnic ended with fireworks display.
Nancy: Happy Birthday!! Good job on your virtual meetings, tracking waters, TM, and the weed pulling.
Brenda: Glad your enjoying the virtual meetings. DH is doing ok. His one hip as been painful. He did have a injection but it did not really help him.
Andrew: Congrats on being the Biggest Loser and also staying within your goal weight.
Waving to all!! Skinny vibes!!

Hello, Claudette, I love that quote!! & the reminder I need eat more fruit & veggies Kelly, sound like a wonderful weekend & you still got lots of steps in. I had a great day yesterday. Picked up my new iPad, went to the casino (didn't win but didn't lose) so that's win in my book. A lady in the same section as us hit for $10k, everyone was so excited for her. Then enjoyed a nice dinner at Texas Roadhouse using gift cards, tracked every bite, we got appetizers instead of a drink & took half my meal home for tonight. Virtual mtg, TM30min, tracking, waters 64oz. Happy Tuesday

hi BL.
Kelly, I need to try my goals as well.
Nancy, hope your birthday was a hit.
Brenda how are you.
Andrew congrats on being BL.
MIMI how are you.
Today, I am heading to an in person meeting. I am trying so hard to work on myself. I actually ate my way throguh the last 3 months. I gained about 10 pounds. I am doing baby steps to get myself back on program including attending a getting started meeting.
I just noticed my post from yesterday did not make it.

Good Morning!!
I added 4.5 miles Tues- Wed.
Tuesday, I got my yearly eval and did well.
Yesterday, I had my mammogram done and I had just gotten home and I had already had the results. Everything is good.
I had an interview yesterday for a Health Coach position similar to what I did 4 years ago but would be all from home. I will meet with the team next Wednesday over Teams on the computer.
Nancy: You have been doing so good. Glad you enjoyed your birthday. Sounds like a nice day.
Claudette: Good job getting back to meetings, I haven't been in a long time. I know you will get yourself back on track.

Hello, Kelly, kudos on getting in your miles & a good report on your Mammo. Good luck with the interviews. I had a nice day yesterday, I met with the nutritionist, I got some good information from her about how I am combining foods that I shouldn't be, as well as some reading materials. My GF came over for the afternoon with her granddaughter to go swimming. Virtual mtg, no gym, tracking, waters 32oz. Happy Thursday

Hello, Kelly, kudos on your good day. So, the nutritionist told me less white bread & more grains. She suggested Dave's bread & my GF told me it delicious. I'll pick some up over the weekend. She also mentioned too much starch at dinner. If I have a starchy veggie, then no potatoes and vice versa. Add more veggies for dinner. And better paring of carbs. Grape's w/nuts, hummus with fresh veggies. Don't have English muffin with a banana!! I do that for a quick breakfast. Keep junk foods to a minimum of once a week. I totally forgot to discuss desserts as they didn't come up in our conversation, bad on my part!! But I think I've had a few to many lately & need to go back to having them once a week. She gave me so snack suggestions & suggest the American diabetes association for more information. Sadly, my insurance didn't cover the visit, so she kept it to half an hour $176. No virtual, TM35, tracking & waters 48oz. Happy Friday
